Digital Delight Review My wife and I had to recently upgrade our entertainment system, since our last upgrade 6 years earlier. We had a good experience 6 years ago, when we first met the Digital Delight team. They had installed a Bose Video Wave II system for us and had done a stellar job. When it became necessary for us to upgrade, we decided to call them back to get a quote for the upgrade. We were not disappointed. The owner of Digital, JJ Canon, came and spent as much time needed to answer all my questions on the various options open to us. He then gave the info he had collected to Peter who in turn prepared a couple of different proposal options and emailed them that very same day with the offer to answer any additional questions. My wife and I discussed the options and selected the one best suited to our needs. We signed the online agreement and immediately got a call from Athena in the office to set an appointment to have our new system installed. The date and time were set and they were here and installed at the appointed day and time. The installation was flawless. My wife could not be happier. We eliminated the collection of wires, the several remotes and the cable tv we had subscribed to for the last number of years. We are down to one remote and are 'Streaming' the programs of our choice at a considerable savings to our budget. It's not often that I find contractors that I am so pleased with, that I take the time to write a review. My experience with Digital Delight has been exceptionally positive. I have been using Digital Delight for my home A/V and Computer connectivity needs since 2009. I was referred to them by a friend and have since referred many friends to them as well. Digital Delight came when they were supposed to come and the tech was clean, polite, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. While they were not the ones to wire the house, they were able to get my wifi up and working in less time than the folks that did wire the house, spent trying to get the wifi working (unsuccessfully). After that positive experience, we continued to use Digital Delight over the past 7 years. We have used then to upgrade our A/V systems as our needs and technologies has changed. The tech always comes as scheduled, communicates well and the pricing is fair. After 7 years of issues with audio, etc., calling AT&T dozens of times a year, switching from Time Warner, Comcast, Uverse, etc.... No internet or slow internet, we finally called Digital Delight to solve all our issues. They spent 8 to 9 hours running cables, wires, Sonos system, etc... and calling that evening to help me with remote control and software issues, making sure everything was working right and following up next day on email if I had any questions. No more internet issues, sounds system finally working. Thank you so much for the great work and especially the customer service afterwards! We just had Digital Delight upgrade our home sound system, and are extremely happy with the changes. We have speakers installed in four rooms and on our patio, and the equipment they installed really improved the sound quality. The service technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to contact. One part of our installation was a little complicated, but the tech was able to get all of the equipment to work just like we wanted. They suggest products that give the homeowner control over the programming, so there's no need to be dependent on a consultant or specialist to come and make changes that also cost more money. The installers were also very knowledgeable and taught me how to use the products before leaving. I had one issue with a faulty battery on one of the Ring cameras, and they handled the replacement efficiently. read more
