Believe he is the tech and owner. Seems like a bright guy and I love to support small businesses. Initial thought was a corrupt windows issue. $40 diagnostic. Issue was more complex. Ended up replacing the motherboard, cpu, fan, and upgrading the ssd. Total new money $730 of which I think $180. Not sure if it is a fair/good/great deal? Updated what was allowed today but system is requiring me to activate windows for which I was not given a key. Awaiting response via online chat as computer is not functional as is. Service was completed the same day. I have a glass PC case so you can see everything inside. Cable management by Ed (which required all power cables to be redone) was exceptional. Installed over $1,000+ worth of equipment to the highest standard and gave the PC a full clean. Highly recommended. It's great to deal with a friendly, professional shop. I'll be back!
