He told me he needed to keep it for several days while he waited for a "specially made" replacement part from the manufacturer, and charged me hundreds of dollars for the repair. When I got the laptop back, the screen technically worked, but the graphics quality was noticeably worse. Everything looked gray and washed out, whereas the original screen was sharp, vibrant, and had much better color. I checked the computer's work log and found that the replacement screen had actually been installed less than an hour after I originally dropped the laptop off. That made his story about needing several days to wait for a special manufacturer part extremely concerning. It appeared that a generic screen he already had in the office was used instead. I paid hundreds of dollars based on what I was told about the repair and the part being ordered. Finding out afterward that the work log told a very different story was incredibly frustrating. Be very careful and ask questions about exactly what parts are being installed and when. I would not recommend this experience.

I brought it into the store to have them take a look at it and see what they can do. The salesman Jacob was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable! After opening the phone, Jacob took the time to try several different scenarios that might be the root cause of the problem. He was very open and honest about the issues with the phone and his limitations as to what he could and could not do. Unfortunately we still could not get to the root problem as it was an issue with the motherboard. Jacob did not attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or equipment, which I have found to be extremely rare! If I ever have anymore problems with my iPhone, iPad, PS4, etc., I will certainly be coming back to this store!

had a screen replaced a month a 2 days ago and screen started to mess up came back and the guy said…read morethat he could not do anything for me except for replacing the screen again for 10 dollars cheaper. then he tells me they dont offer any type of warranty since they are after market parts. they claim they use premium quality parts. but the quality parts they use fail after a month. then he tells me it depends on what screen was installed. i was never given an option on what screen they could install. he said only thing he could do is install another screen and knock 10 off. so he is telling me if this screen fails again after a month i would have to pay another 65. so i would have to invest 65 every month. i did check the phone when i picked it up and it did work but usually things dont tend to mess up until after a while of usage. yes the price is reasonable but quality is questionable. i did say i would go back for future repairs but after this i dont think so.

My ps5 scuf control has been having stick drift for about 5 months now and it finally became too unbearable. Instead of sending it in to scuf and paying approx $100-150 after them having the controller for over 6-8 weeks, I was more than happy that Robert was able to fix the stick drift for more than half that price and same day. He replaced my joysticks with TMR joysticks which will be incredibly less prone to get stick drift and even it does, I can recalibrate the joystick magnets to fix the stick drift myself. I always respect Robert's business and the knowledge he has. I will always recommend him to solve to your problem.
