I asked Andrew to replace fan and battery in Dell laptop and it was time sensitive. Andrew did the replacement quickly and taught me more than a few things about laptop configuration, system settings and good habits to preserve battery life. He was very informative and wanted to not only help me discover the problem I was having with my computer, but wanted to help me save as much as I could during the process. He even went the extra mile, literally, and drove to pick up the new computer I purchased on the other side of town just to prevent me from having to pay extra shipping.
