I went and got my screen…read morerepaired about 3 months ago and the worker at the time told me that it had a year warranty on the screen, even with the back glass of my phone being cracked. So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.

Finally, I decided not to and would go pick it up. **HERE'S WHERE IT GOES LEFT.** I walk in while on a business call and tell the lady behind the counter (a postal worker because this business is located inside a postal store) and tell her, "I'm here to pick up my apple watch". She says, "I will help you when you're off the phone and you walk over here" and she walked over to another part of the counter. I went to the part of the counter i was helped when I dropped the watch off, but ok. Mind you, no one was in the store but me and her. Then she asked me my name, i told her it could be either my first or middle name (i didn't remember what I wrote) but they're both my names. She calls the tech, then I text the tech (mind you i told him I was coming in to pick it up). She said she knew nothing about it and needed to confirm with him, fine. Then she keeps asking him my name but my name is on the form. I repeat MY FULL NAME while the paper is in her hand and she's hiding it. She then asks me for ID. I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I stopped by to have Fernando take a look at my phone. It was working perfectly until suddenly I received a static screen. I did some research online and had my diagnose but wanted someone else to take a look at it. He opened up my phone (I guess this is what makes him a phone surgeon) and says that it's my phone screen and it needs to be replaced which will cost me about $110. This was way more than I was planning to spend and was not the diagnose I was expecting. Keep in mind, my phone worked perfectly fine until the static screen popped up. There are no cracks or scratches on my phone. Not agreeing with Fernando, I took the phone to another shop and only had to pay $59 for my repair. I had to get my usb flex cable change. This was almost half of what Fernando quoted me. Maybe Fernando honestly did not know what the issue was, and was just taking a guess. Maybe he saw me as someone he could make easy cash from. Make sure you do your research before you get anything fixed so people don't take advantage of you. I felt I would have been taken advantage of if I didn't know any better.

After that I come back for the 3rd time and he's off to lunch. Finally the fourth time (I called before going over) and he opens the iPhone to realize he does was given the incorrect battery. At that point I went elsewhere - where they did it right and that too the first time. Went back to change phone service - told me he's done it before (which I should have realized meant that he'd considered it before) but had no idea what he was doing. I finally got the service provider to help resolve the issue (with no help from this guy - he wouldn't even call to make sure the issue was resolved). On the last time I called there he hung up and refused to pick up when I called. This guy has no idea what he's doing and I would recommend staying away. He is learning the business ..... and that too ... slowly ... very slowly.
