Computer Hospital has the reputation around the city as the go-to place when your computer is messed up. I have needed their services twice and BOTH times I have been very, very satisfied. I was impressed with their work, their professional attitudes, their friendly, courteous nature and, the BEST part: They know what they are doing, take the time to do it right and they know how to communicate! These are key factors in a world of "less-than-one-star geek squads that do NOT know their business, much less the equipment they are working on." Customers are treated with respect at Computer Hospital. They were able to FIX what Best Buy said was LOST forever. Frankly, Best Buy is LOST. I strongly recommend taking your computer problems to the Hospital: The Computer Hospital! If I could, I would give them 10 stars for their exceptional service, which was also SAME DAY!
