I informed him that I did and that I've given him ample time to resolve the issue. I asked numerous times about the status of my refund and he continues to argue with me and is now refusing to give me a refund since I wrote the BBB. This whole conversation is documented. Apparently, this is how to run an honest business. Such a respectful way to treat veterans. Good to know that when he said he gave me a refund, he never really did.

So lets paint a picture of this photoshoot: We were given a gift certificate for a newborn shoot and came with all smiles and hope for our little one to be immortalized. The shoot itself was nice, and the photographer/ owner seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Oh but when we were sent a gallery of photos to select from, mediocre is what I would call it. Out of 30 photos we were to select 15 for download and I probably would have selected 6 as good, 5 as decent and the rest as trash! 4 outfit changes and I'd say that 2 outfits produced nothing worth keeping. We had been going to a large national chain and found them overpriced and the exams were so basic. Dr. Nguyen is by far the best eye doctor we have ever seen. Her exams are thorough and she takes the time to answer questions and educate the patient on what is happening to their eyes. We are older, I am turning 70 and my wife is 76 so we want to extra diligent in taking care of our vision as we get older. Some doctors rush through the exam but not Dr. Nguyen. She also has some of the newest and best equipment that her assistants use in the pre-testing area in the front of the office. And her staff is great, they helped us figure out a few things with our insurance and that saved us over $100! We will go back every year to see her and get our eyes tested there.
