I want to give a special Thank you to Madeline she is an exceptional employee. We rented one of the larger units for one year. The CubeSmart app is a great feature as well. You are always able to communicate with someone unless it is after hours of course but that is to be expected. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the assistance I was given during move out. I will not go into intricate detail but please believe the staff there assisted beyond the normal scope of business. If you need a storage in Humble then CubeSmart should be your first choice.

I called back up and the straitened the unit number but even though they told me the free month was on the account it was not. Each month I called up to find out why I was still being charged the manager Arleen said she will get it fixed this went on for 2 months she never called back to say it was not on the account. Today 5/31/23 I called and it was escalated and I guess she was trying to CYA and called and said it was never on my account I should have been told this before getting charged two month and going through the song and dance that it would be fixed. I cancelled my contract.

This increase still puts you considerably higher than your best and comparable competition who actually offer bigger units for less rent. Your current selling feature is a scare tactic against your competition as well as offering a truck free of charge to move items. The free truck offers little to no benefit to your clients who store vehicles/campers, etc. I am happy to drive a few miles further for a more reasonable rate.

This is what I call excellent service!…read more Nelson and his crew went above and beyond to make sure my move was handled perfectly from beginning to end. I was especially impressed by how proactive and considerate Nelson was throughout the entire process. When he arrived at Rooms To Go to pick up my furniture, he made sure everything was loaded as quickly as possible so no unnecessary time was wasted. What impressed me even more was that he was determined to complete the entire job within the two-hour minimum I was already being charged for. He specifically told me he didn't want to go even one minute over if it meant I would have to pay more. That level of honesty and consideration for a customer's money is something you don't see very often, and I genuinely appreciated it. His crew was just as impressive. They were professional, careful, and respectful of my home. At one point, something got the floor a little dirty during the move. I told them not to worry about cleaning it because it wasn't necessary, but they insisted on taking care of it and making sure everything was left impeccable before they left. From beginning to end, the service was outstanding. They treated my furniture, my home, my time, and my money with respect. I still have more furniture to purchase, and there is absolutely no question who I will be calling for my next move. Nelson and this exact crew are the people I want back. I would confidently recommend them to any of my friends or family. If you're looking for movers who are professional, efficient, honest, and genuinely care about providing excellent service, I highly recommend Nelson and his crew. Five stars without hesitation!
