That means a lot of customers have no idea their belongings are sitting in excessive heat and humidity in the middle of summer in texas unless they visit their unit regularly. Their items could be damaged, moldy, or deteriorating without them even knowing. The worst part is that they never notified affected customers. People pay extra for climate controlled storage, and failing to tell them that service is not being provided so they can protect their belongings and find other arrangements is completely unacceptable and in my opinion unethical. Staff has no idea when and even if this is going to be fixed. It's been 2+ weeks and no update

Go look at other reviews on google and online and they've changed ownership in the past so the reviews are closed on yelp, they used to be "Life Storage". Upon looking at other reviews it looks like different people experienced the same thing and at one point there were 10 that were targeted at the same time on a weekend?! 10 that we know of possibly more If you're like me and haven't visit in a minute?! Some people finding their items stolen later, why did no one get notified about this?! They made sure they changed ownership multiple times and notified about it but can't tell customers there was multiple thefts happening so that they can come check their unit?!!!! Even manager mysteriously leaving, wth is going on here! Management saying it's an inside job and police are saying there are checks that are in place to check locks, I got an officer who has past experience working at one. This is absurd and a huge storage corporation that should have safety measures in place, something bigger is happening at this place! Stay away from here!!!
