Not only were the cameras not working, the lock was tampered with and changed without my knowledge - and guess what, NOTHING WAS DONE. No one said anything until I got there and tried the lock. Theyre trying to tell me someone dropped in through a vent in the ceiling and stole everything. Wasn't aware you could let yourself out from the inside of a locked storage unit, pretty sure beds don't fit through vents either. RUN FROM HERE!!!!!!

Bryan/Ryan put in the wrong number for the unit, I had apparently put my things in a 5 x 15 unit. I received a call last night instructing me to come in and sign a lease for that unit, but when I got there I was told to either rent another unit and lose my $110 for the two I have paid for or they would remove my things from the unit. I think they are on drugs or something because they both claimed not to remember me even though I had spent a considerable amount of time with each of them.

The he asked me for title to the boat trailer ? I explained that in Texas yiu do not need to title a trailer? Got to the payment desk for my truck and my free storage and was told 245.00 for that size unit. Mistake by fellow employee prior to reservation. Deal is really second month free. So good hearted Boss honored the mistake for my unit for the first month free. I never paid that much monthly for storage but we'll see after the first month. But again this Boss really helped.
