Gabriel at first was very professional. And I was extremely transparent in communicating my moving needs. I explained to him up front that I had several large pieces to be moved. Three armoires was the heaviest of pieces in the move. Everything had to be moved from one storage location to another location. All on the ground floor. He sent an employee named Erwin to head the move, an older man a young kid. Erwin moved very little items from the storage unit, he just stayed inside the unit and waited on the other 2 movers. FYI: I hired 3 movers total, not 2. About a hour and half into the move, Erwin got to the armoires that I mentioned to Gabriel about and stop, then I realized why he wasn't helping the other movers. Erwin stated that he couldn't move the armoires because "he had a bad back". So I called Gabriel and ask him "why would you send me a mover with a bad back" and "if Erwin has a bad back, why is he in the moving business?" And the 2 other movers were an older man and a young boy. Gabriel assured me that he would send someone else the next day to finish the move. I explained to him that I was on a time constraint, because I had to move out of the storage by the end of the month. Gabriel promised that he would make things right the next day, because I stressed to him if I hired a new company, I would have to pay another initial fee and truck fee. Gabriel again assured me that he would make things right. But next day he ignored my calls and texts, and I never heard from his company again. I lost over $500 dollars with Houston Supreme Movers because I had to pay another $350 a month in storage rent for not vacating before the first of the month, initial fee and truck fees to hire another moving company. I had to hire professional movers from Antonio's Movers who had no problem moving heavy pieces because they are professionals. Look a the picture below! Professionals!

Everything was already packed and most items were disassembled, with the exception of one bed and an entertainment center. All belongings were staged in one easily accessible area, ready to be loaded. My new home is only 11 minutes away, yet it took a team of three movers over 5 hours, nearly 6, to complete the move. To put that into perspective, I've used movers before with fewer people and a much longer drive of about 45 minutes, and they still completed the entire move in under 3 hours. There was nothing efficient or "graceful" about this experience. The excessive amount of time it took is completely unacceptable, especially given how prepared everything was. To make matters worse, I still have to reassemble my furniture myself. At the pace they were moving, I can only imagine how much longer it would have taken if they had done it. Overall, I feel taken advantage of and would not use or recommend this company.

Well, it arrived at the destination in 4 pieces. And this was after paying a ridiculous amount of money. I asked for the insurance info and they didn't say anything. I've politely asked for them to reimburse the cost and all I get out of them is that they packed it correctly and they aren't responsible. I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

To say that I was impressed would be an understatement they were so fast and so professional they gave me a very fair price - flat rate ahead of time and I would highly, highly recommend them. They assisted me with moving a minimal amount of items from our garage in the inner loop to our new house in the Woodlands, the main reason I hired them was to move other larger pieces that were already in the new house, to upstairs, and assemble three beds. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I would Recommend calling them before agreeing to work with one of the other large national Movers the charges by the hour... which I also done several times.
