If you don't mind a 12 foot 20 foot yard barn (shed) turned into a computer shop, located in someone's front yard, down some road totally isolated from the surrounding community, this place is for you. Yes it is a little bazaar in it's location. Yes there was a large dog laying in the yard, who got up to greet me when i got there, but he is friendly. But they did good work, in a few days, for a good price. Could not complain about that in the least. Also use some maps (Google, Bing or Yahoo) to see where this place is before you strike out. It is not hard to find, after the first time. So if the quaint (cough, cough) country setting does not bother you, and your computer needs fixing, give Ron's Computer Shack a try. They gave me back my phone after "they installed new parts". I looked inside the charging port and found that it was not new. I said, this is not a new charging port. He said it's new to you. I needed my iPad fixed quickly and the Apple Store was far away so I took a gamble and lost. While the charging port was replaced; they ended up creating a sound issue. Before I get to the sound issue; I was quoted one price of $135 and then picked up my iPad and was told $165 + tax. Ok paid that, despite being told wrong information. Noticed after the charging port was replaced, the sound was muffled and I called them the next day and they said they would look at it. The following day they said nothing was wrong with the sound but would cost $65 to diagnose the issue that was not present when I brought my iPad there. Now the sound does not even come out of the iPad. I still have to go to Apple now to get this issue resolved. COMPLETE SCAM
