On June 26, 2026 I contacted him again for service and he agreed to help at the same location. We both stayed in contact. My son was a few minutes late and we text and both call. He then told me he was on a tight schedule. I told him give me few minutes. Jay then left without telling me anything and told he had to other business. We went back and forth and I told him that was very unprofessional and my son was waiting. My son finally left and Jay tried calling and texting to see if he could come back. I told him no sir and please stop contacting me. He texted again and I had to block him. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend him at all. I don't understand why small businesses work like this.

This was our second attempt to complete the document, but the bank had her sign the incorrect document the first time. G ary came to my grandmother's residence on time and patiently allowed us to make certain that we had the document my grandmother needed. I had to run out to another document that served her needs best. My grandmother needed her magnifying glass and a quite a few starts and stops to write her name out completely. She did it and the results are what we needed. Gary patiently helpedd her figure out where to sign. We appreciate his extra effort and patience as we made her life easier. My grandmother was relieved that her affairs were finally in order. We celebrated her centennial yesterday without the document signature hanging over our heads.
