I was able to schedule my service during the same week ( on 12/07/2023). Amber was very professional, warm and kind. Prior to my scheduled appointment, the owner reached out to me several times communicating his expected time of arrival (very professional and considerate). The owner and his partner did an excellent job mounting my TV in my living room area. I can tell that the owner takes his work very seriously and it shows in his results. I will be using this company for all of my wall mounting projects!!

He first installed two TVs (living room pictured) for me. I received compliments on the TV mounts, and I called him back to install floating shelves in the living room and powder bath (also pictured). He did a pristine job on all of the installations. He was patient with me in showing me different options when I wasn't sure how I wanted the shelves arranged. He has a good eye for what is visually appealing. His prices are very competitive. If I have further decorations to install, I will definitely be asking him to return. Thank you!

A company like Pantomath offers professionalism WITH exceptional customer service! That combination…read moreis why I'm giving them 5 stars. Their staff member, Josh, visited my home and arrived timely with all the necessary tools. (Nothing worse than someone scheduled to work on your home without their tools and even worse...late). His experience shown through with his calm and professional demeanor. And yes, he knew a lot. I only had the idea of what I wanted for my media room and I want to point out that Josh actually listened and gave input and suggestions to advise without being condescending on what I was asking for. That's the kind of customer service that I applaud. He masterfully encased a projector screen in a gorgeous matted frame and then mounted a short throw projector hiding all of the hideous cords within the wall with little effort. He then installed both wall and ceiling speakers creating a blanket of balanced audio performance. I mean wow....the sound is amazing. He left my media room clean and with everything working perfectly. And then to top it off, I mentioned to him that I had an unrelated issue with the sound system in my speed boat and he politely said, "Let me take a look." And within minutes, he had the sound system thumping and lake ready for me. (This goes back to the exceptional customer service.) He told me, that people often discard electrical equipment thinking that it's broken when it actually just needs a skilled hand. This young man, earned my respect. He didn't have to fix that sound system. He could have viewed it as an opportunity to scheme and take advantage of an inexperienced client. Instead, he took it upon himself to advise and show his customer respect. That's why they earned my 5 stars. Customer service and innovation is exactly what we were looking for and Josh from Pantomath delivered. I will be continuing my business with Pantomath.

I…read moredecided to postpone the previous project a year ago but as I stated, Michael won me over with the communication we had. Fast forward and when I tell you I got exactly what I requested and more! Older home I'm in and the job quickly turned complex however Michael is an experienced guy and this complexity was a piece of cake for Michael and his team. I ended up getting 2 cat 5 runs and a Cat 6 run installed, along with several phone cords re-wired to network ports that saved me money. Michael's pricing is compatible with the market but he'll win you over with service and care. He is has a ton of knowledge and is very comfortable in what he deliveries. I was having a concern with an AP that was added and Michael made sure I was satisfied before we called it quits. He even made a point to follow up week later to be sure everything is of great standing.

He broke the inlet for the final bulb. After completing what he said he could do, I paid hime the full agreed upon amount for the 4 bulbs. He said a scaffold would be required to complete the job, and while he didn't have one, he could give me the name of someone. After not hearing back, I contacted him. week later. He asked for the ceiling height again, and I never heard back. In summary, he was late, he was unable to do the task requested, and even worsened the situation. He then did not follow. When you combine the whole experience, it was mediocre, with bad follow through.

These guys are hard to find online due to the generic "search engine term" nature of their name,…read morebut they did a GREAT job when Best Buy failed over and over again. J was conscientious, knowledgeable and very responsive. Just super professional all the way around. We moved into a home that had in-ceiling speakers already, purchased two new TV's, a full system of Sonos amps and a port, a subwoofer, AV receiver, power conditioner, etc. from Best Buy, and so our disaster began. One thing after another didn't work. Essentially, they didn't really understand how to wire a complex, pre-existing setup, and it was a frustrating mess. Best Buy made 5 or 6 visits to the house. On their first, they delivered a damaged $8K TV. The replacement TV they installed later went out for handling damage, as verified by Samsung, and they just washed their hands of us. They just hung us with a non-functioning TV outside of their replacement period, and Samsung noted that it was handling damage. We are STILL fighting with the credit card company on that one. That's where TV Installation Houston stepped in and saved the day. I wish we had known about them from the beginning! We nearly didn't find them--again, due to the generic name--but I'm so glad that we did. From our first interaction, J inspired confidence that our issues would be sorted out. He said that they primarily rely on Google reviews as he's not as familiar with Yelp, but they need to be on here! I couldn't find them here, or we would've used them from the get-go. They're hard to find on Google even, due to their name. We sold us a new TV at competitive prices, handled the install and got our system working again. They made sure all of our questions were answered and that everything was functioning as it should be. There were a few buried settings that we needed him to come out and change later, and he was very responsive and addressed our concerns. We have 100% confidence that if we ever run into an issue in the future that we won't be left hanging like we were with Best Buy. Totally recommend TV Installation Houston and J!
