They had tried calling me repeatedly a few minutes after I had called. Since I called from my land line and no one was home I didn't get the message. My charging port was wonky and my headphone jack didn't work. He said let me check and realign a couple things and see if I can get it working without taking it apart. It took him about 10 minutes and both issues were repaired. He jumped into his truck and took off. When the woman billed me the minimum labor charge she said that if the repairs don't hold up, bring it back and they would replace the whole assembly and credit me with the labor.
