He informed her that the appointment was for our business--the same place they had done work before--and that they would need a 15-24 ft ladder to access the AC unit. I called to confirm that they were going to the business and not my house, and Aisha answered. I verified the address and confirmed that she was aware a ladder was needed. However, she then stated that she was not made aware of this and that a $150 charge would be added for the safety of her technician, which I firmly believe is untrue! My husband was with me at the time, got on the phone, and reiterated that he had informed her. Aisha insisted that it was a $150 charge for the safety of her technician. I pointed out that we had work done at the same location in February of this year and were never advised of or charged an extra $150 for having a ladder brought to the location. She stated they should have charged me. To me, this seems ridiculous; you need tools to perform your job, so why charge extra? It felt like she muted me because there was silence for a good minute.
