I paid well over 1000 dollars for the project which seemed high to install and upgrade some plugs but I wanted it done right. I even offered to pay for the double pole breaker to fix it and they wanted to charge a full service call to make it right. Complete lack of integrity and accountability. I am not sure how that outlet got there but being that I had to use an electrician to install the upgrade not sure how I would have managed to install that one. I'm sure there are much better companies that actually stand for something you could use!

NO they dropped the ball and didn't follow up. Contacted AHS again and they scheduled J-Tech Mechanical and Louis came out. Checked the system and found it working however I explained the same information to him as I did company 1. He continued to trouble shoot and found that the thermostat I had replaced at the end of last year was set for a single stage system and I have a two stage system. Warning!!! I recommend carefully evaluating this company before hiring them…read more I contacted the company to clear a slow or clogged main drain line on my AC system. Water from the backup was dripping from the attic from the exterior pipe which is the warning sign. Before the technician arrived, my air conditioner was operating normally; the drain line was the only issue I had observed. The technician worked in the attic to flush the AC drain line and said to install a diverter valve. Approximately one hour after he left, the entire AC system stopped operating and would not turn on. I immediately contacted the company and requested that they return. When the company returned, I was told that the circuit board had failed and that I would need either a replacement circuit board or a new furnace. The furnace itself had not been the subject of the requested service; I had only requested that the AC drain line be cleared. I then contacted a second HVAC company to inspect the system. According to that company, wiring connected to the circuit board had been disconnected and the board had been left disabled. They left it that way!!!! The second company's assessment was that the company likely did something by accident and did not want to take accountability. The cause of the failure remains disputed. The original company attributed the problem to a failed circuit board and did not accept responsibility for the system becoming inoperable after its visit. Based on the estimates provided, I was told the repair could cost approximately $1,500 for a circuit-board replacement or approximately $6,500 for a new furnace. I paid $790 to have the slow or clogged drain line cleared. Before the service, the AC was operating; afterward, the system was unusable. Because of the timing and the conflicting explanations, I recommend obtaining a second opinion and confirming exactly what work was performed before authorizing additional repairs. Maybe they are good for tiny repairs but don't let them near any expensive parts. I would never have them install a brand new system!!!! My house is over 90 degrees and even hotter upstairs. With my elderly mother and 3 young kids we had to check in to a hotel for a few days while I find someone the fix or replace the unit. Very disappointing Milton. Thanks for letting a single mom down.
