I know cell phone stores are maddening and trying to get anything done with any cell phone service is no fun. But when I came in to the store knowing it's a corporate store NOT a franchise., and asked for some help, switching from AT&T to Verizon. I was greeted kindly and helped by knowledgeable people. I was able to get 2 new phones and switch over relatively quickly and painlessly. During my time in the store, I was able to watch the employees handle a variety of clients firmly if they were rude, but with respect and professionalism. Overall a good experience and the team did a great job. read more

After 23 years I'm leaving Verizon. They were always expensive but good service. Now the customer service is abysmal. Where do I start? My sons are trying to leave my plan and go with their own service. It is near impossible to transfer their numbers to a different carrier and we believe it's not an accident Also we have been put on holds for hours with no one ever coming back I'm mad and over it . Don't care how much it cost I'm gone. My recommendation is to go with the cheapest best deal. The old Verizon is gone, dead! read more

Unless you schedule an appointment, you will have to wait. The techs are nice, but half the things you need, you have to call customer service. Customer service literally told me they could not get me access to paperwork or bills past 6 months ago. Sometimes, I have gotten the loop "You have to call customer service" who then says "you will have to go in to the store for that." Why can't the in store techs just do everything? And why can't we get access to my paperwork from 3 years ago? read more

This trip into the store was great, Jesé made this visit a good one. We have been in the store before and we're treated so rudely. Again Jesé treated us like a 15 year customer should be treated. Not above and beyond, not expecting the red carpet, just being treated with respect and kindness and yesterday we got both. Thanks again Jesé for helping us yesterday. read more

Last 2 time I have been here they messed up my account so bad it was almost not recovered. This time seems to be the last straw. The payment I made in cash never got put into the account. There is no excuse for this. Do not go to this store the people working here lie and will not do what they say they will. Would give a 0 star if I could! read more

This is an awful retail store and the CSR in this store is absolutely either unhappy with her job, not happy with the company or simply is NOT customer oriented. She is the face of the organization and should have a smile instead of an unhappy look on her face. She got frustrated due to her not being able to provide me with a SIM card because the online Verizon did not release my number although my phone and Iwatch were both ported to Verizon from another network. This is truly not a good start to joining the Verizon network. read more

I ordered an iPad from Evelyn on 3/17 and was told it would be in around 4/20. I never saw it on my account, which I thought was weird. Came in today to find out it was never ordered. I was asked for a receipt, which I didn't have. I thought they could find it on my account, but couldn't because it was never ordered. I reordered it from the guy helping me and got sent the link to provide payment on the taxes and found the link I was sent on 3/17 to pay. I showed this to him and he acted like it was no big deal. It seems like the amount never got charged to my account, which is why it never got ordered. Verizon should fix that problem and the employees should maybe try to not act so bored when someone is upset that their order was never placed and are concerned they are getting charged twice for the taxes. I understand technology fails and mistakes like this happen. I wouldn't be so irritated if the guy helping me was more understanding. read more

Worst customer service but if you need to buy something they will be all over you like a blood hound. Sad because it should be customer service first then transition into a sale but they don't even know the simple steps of a sale. I would honestly prefer to going to the Verizon Wireless Authorized Retail Store on 105/45 right next to the JC Penny. They honestly care more for your attention for service then just sale. read more

Worst customer service. I bought a case from the Woodlands store and came in to get the receipt to ship it to the manufacturer. The rep said he couldn't find the transaction to the sale. Then after I showed him the rep's card that sold me the product, he turned the phone around and told me to call them. I'm sorry, I am not getting paid to do your job. That is what you are paid to do. Then, after being on hold with them, he said he found it. This is why I drive the extra 10 miles down the road to the better location. This place is always a freaking joke every time I have tried to get anything done. read more

Verizon is a rip off! My bill keeps increasing while my data speed keeps decreasing. I have an old Droid Bionic 4G LTE and because I refuse to upgrade Verizon has capped my speed at 3G, while my bill keeps increasing, $280 per month for 4 lines. I am going to purchase an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S10 5G from Samsung and get it activated at AT&T. read more

This extremely busy store was really helpful and patient in dealing with my parents and I. When I run errands with my parents, it takes twice as long since I have to translate for them and make sure they understand their choices as a consumer. Our associate was excellent. She welcomed my Asian parents to the neighborhood, which felt good to me since it is a bit intimidating to have my parents move from diverse Las Vegas to new Conroe, where they are the minority of minorities. The people were really knowledgeable and they did not try to pressure us into buying anything. They were really accomodating to the cellular needs of my parents. Since then, I have switched to Verizon as well due partly to my experience at this and other Verizon stores. They are doing many things correctly- Keep on Truckin! read more

Completely deceptive business practices and fraudulent and flat out liers and the worst customer service in Africa. Paid 148.50 upfr To switch two numbers to Verizon. Was told protection plan is automatically added and I can turn off in 15 days and won't be charged. I turned it off but website kept turning back on. I see my bill is 338.09 and supposed to be 144.00. I call and talk to someone in Africa first i ask for 400.00 rebate im told it takes 8 weeks but they advertise you get it when you switch. She fixes my accounts and says first bill will be 114.00 then 140.00. Well it's back to 338.09. I call in and this person says something completely different and iniwe 338.00. So it actually cost almost 500.00 to switch two lines to Verizon. I told them I want to turn everything off and not put on my credit and I asked 7 times to speak to a manager and they completely ignored me and said they know what they are doing. There should be a class action lawsuit against this scam company. Do not use verizon! read more

My experience with the 2 service representative at Verizon in Conroe were below par. The first time I went to Verizon was to simply change my plan from 15 GBs to unlimited data and to look at their phones. The sales guy looked at my plan and said that I was overpaying and said he would change it to unlimited data and it would also lower my monthly bill. So "he fixed it" and everything was cool. The next day I go in there to buy a new phone. It was a different sales guy who made me feel like I was a burden to him even though I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't waste his time with any questions. He tried to get me to buy additional gadgets which I know is part of their job. And I kindly told him no I'm not interested. He then basically makes remarks that i'm dumb to pass up on such great deals. Yeah, it's a great deal of I need it but I don't need it, so why waste money. That's not dumb I don't think. Anyway, he goes to the back to get my phone. I stand there waiting at the desk for like 15+ minutes. A long time just to grab a phone. I figured he was maybe programming it in the back. Nope, he totally forgot about me. He came out with a box of phones and then saw me and said, "Oh, I forgot about you", and went back and got my phone. Wow thanks. And then he begins programming my phone and I notice some odd price numbers and I also see 15 GBs still showing on my plan, so I ask him if my plan unlimited data or is it still at 15 GBs? He tells me its unlimited, but he's also telling me this while he's playing with his own phone. He did this the entire time my phone was programming. Needless to say the next day look at my Verizon account and I'm still at 15 GBs per month. Twice I mentioned to them I wanted unlimited data and my account still shows otherwise. Great service. read more

Today, my husband went into this location due to losing his phone at a job site. I am aware we are in a pandemic but when a customer has been with the same phone provider for 26 years, he should be treated with respect. He spoke with the representative and explained his situation. He was given two options: call a number to use his insurance or pay for another phone. He did not wish to buy a phone at this time. The representative gave him a number and told him to just call the number. He explained to him that he did not have a phone to call and he stays far in the country. The representative told him that was his only two options. My husband asked to use his phone or the representative to call the number for him and put the phone on speaker. He stated he could not because all the phones in the store has been sanitized. Can u say horrible customer service. We are currently looking for another provider. read more

I went in about a week and a half ago for an employee to put on my zagg screen protector (since I have the lifetime warranty and after a year my original one broke).. the guy took my phone and placed my screen protector on and he put it on backwards (there was bubbles everywhere, he then said "oh I put it on backwards oops.. and chuckled" I continued to stand there and watch him put it on .. he finally finished and hands me back my phone and there were 3 bubbles in my screen protector.. I pointed them out to him and his response was "it will go Away after a few days of using the phone " I said no... I've had screen protectors many of times and I always get it back with no bubbles and the bubbles won't just go away! He said yes they will I have been doing this for years!! I said wow.. and I sat there and tried to push on the bubbles to see if they would get better and he walked off and stood next to another employee and both just stared at me the whole time not offering to help. Knowing I was disappointed.. well here we are 1.5 week later and my phone still has the bubble which I knew wouldn't go away.. on a screen protector that cost 50$!!!! Very dissatisfied with how I was treated and just pushed out the door bc he didn't want to do his job right and take it off and do it again! I do not remember his name but he is African American and walks with a limp. VERIZON OWES ME A NEW SCREEN PROTECTOR OR TO PUT THIS ONE ON RIGHT!!
