I'm not sure if he really put an iPhone original screen on my phone or the quality of labor is not good. The guy told me he will order a "new original" apple screen and should be arriving today. I'm skeptical if it is really original considering the timeline, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I honestly hopeful that they are putting the parts I originally ordered and paid for. We will see today. Otherwise I might just ask for refund.

They said it would be about a 3-4 day turnaround to diagnose and fix. After 3-4 WEEKS of going back and forth with these people (and I was the one having to call for updates multiple times because they never called like they said they would), they finally deemed my switch unfixable. When I came in to pick up my switch, I initially thought they gave me someone else's switch back because the attached joycons were clearly not mine. These were scratched up, dented, and completely different colors than the ones I dropped off. I relayed this to the guy and he went in the backroom to look for my joycons. He came back up front and said he would have to talk to the manager and have him follow up with me, because he couldn't find my joycons in the store. About 4 days went by without a call so I had to follow up again and was told by an employee that the manager said there was nothing they could do about losing my joycons and that they would not replace them either, especially because my switch was deemed unfixable anyway...? So because they couldn't fix my switch, they felt it was appropriate to "lose" and then refuse to replace my joycons? Honestly at this point I'm questioning if they even gave me my switch console back. I've never had such an unprofessional experience like this. Stay the hell away from this place if you value your belongings.
