I found the shoe that had been recommended to me by a colleague and tried them on. Adjusting the straps was a little fiddley, but eventually I got it right. There was only one cashier on duty so I had to wait to check out. The cashier was very friendly. I recommend this store due to the huge variety of brands and sizes available and that there's people to help you find what you are looking for. I don't buy shoes on line as i have to try them on before I buy them.

She found a pair of air Jordan's that she wanted, they were sold out of a lot of sizes in the ones she wanted and were unable to order the size she needed online. She did find a pair on display that fit her. The shopping trip was pleasant and I think she was happy with our purchase. The staff were super friendly & helpful, even helping my husband select a trendier shoe than what he's had in the past. We waited for a bit due to another customer (let's just say she was a regular, and not the friendly kind) and the staff never let that show - super friendly! These are pricey shoes that can last you a good while if you care for them properly & while they aren't the latest/trendiest New Balance or Ones, if you're on your feet all day for work, hubs says they're amazing.
