The front desk person knew nothing and the lady had no desire to help. She made a call and said no thanks. Not sure how 511's can't be exchanged at 511 store. All other major brands allow it and she said I should shop online. I mentioned that we didn't need stores like hers if we all shopped online and that didn't concern her. I will not be back.

While she was trying the shirt on, she overheard this clerk say to the other clerk she couldn't stand my girlfriend and didn't know how long she was going to be in the dressing room. This happened at 4:00 PM on 1-13-2020. Discretion...it goes along way. I get customers can be annoying. And I'm sorry you were in the middle of ringing her up already. I go here due to the suits being custom made but thats not really the case. Admittedly, i have gain weight so they usually don't have my size in store. They'll let me try on what I can and then usually tell me to order online and they'll tailor what they can. The sales persons are nice and generally say they don't have my size due to me being stocky (Euphemism for you're fat, lol). They don't mix the clothes so you order the entire suit as a whole. Meaning, if you where a 50 for the jacket, you have to get the 55 for the pants. You can't substitute to a 36/38 in pants. At least thats what this store told me. I'd say if you're smaller than that then it is a very good store. They just need to make an xl one for me, lolol. I like my suits custom so I just make an appt for Balani or Tom James. I just don't like driving through Houston traffic if you know what I mean.
