Save your money. Go somewhere else that isn't unprofessional! Receptionist with the glasses is rude.

I have been coming here for quite a few years now and it's always great. Doctors are nice and explain things to you and give you time to ask questions. Make sure things like contacts really fit and keep letting you test out all the brands until you find one that doesn't make your eyeball feel like a foreign object. They have a great selection of glasses as well - both regular and sunglasses. I will continue to come here for my eye doctor appointments and you should too if you need one! read more

This year I had to find a new optometrist because of a change in insurance and so far Memorial Eye Center has been an excellent choice. They went above and beyond both at the time I got my new eyeglasses and several months later when I had an issue. I recommend them and I'll be going back to them in the future. read more

Dr.Wilkerson was very nice and patient! I had never done a full eye exam before, and I don't like using eye drops; so when I went through the process, it took me a few tries before I was able to keep my eye open through certain steps of the exam. The Dr. and the staff were understanding and helpful even though I knew I was being difficult. They definitely made the visit comfortable and enjoyable. 100% recommend going to this clinic, don't listen to the entitled Karen's. read more

I saw the doctor the end of November for an eye exam. During the months of December and January I experienced illness which prevented me from going in to the office for follow up visits because I had no desire to pass on illness. I was just told today that I was welcome to come back in for a follow up but there would be out of pocket cost. My insurance paid in November and I also paid out of pocket as well for the contact exam. Take away here is that you certainly must go in to the office regardless to your health and potentially pass on any illness you may have despite the CDC guidelines. I will reach out to my medical insurance provider to see if they can recall the payment. If the office had made one single attempt to contact me and follow up in this undisclosed timeline for a follow up appointment then perhaps they would have been a little more understanding of the situation at that time. read more

Took full responsibility for employees behavior and apologized 4. Asked if she could do anything to keep my business 5. Explained the process without mentioning my inability or refusal because of the cost It was a pleasant conversation and I am glad she called. My daughter and I both had exams there last week. Since it was my daughter's first exam she was a bit apprehensive. From the moment we walked through the door they treated us with a warmth and enthusiasm that instantly put her at ease. Dr. M and the entire staff are all so genuinely caring, knowledgeable and friendly I have no qualms about recommending them for children and adults. They helped her pick out the perfect pair of glasses and walked us through picking out the right lenses for her frame. They also had a fantastic rebate available for my contacts which was a nice bonus. My daughter keeps asking if she can go more than once a year - that is how positive of an experience they created for her and I cannot thank them enough! read more

The first time I called this place for an appointment I was impressed. A young man named Lewis scheduled my husband's appointment for me. I was unsure about our vision insurance yet Lewis assured me we'd work through it. Appointments are easy to schedule, little waiting, and very accommodating. Much like the staff. Kaitlyn, Rachel, and Dr Mehta are wonderful. They are efficient, extremely professional, and always have a smile on their faces. Then there is Lewis. There are some people who are good at their jobs, and then there are some like this man. Lewis has a friendly, warm, intuitive demeanor about him. He's like an old friend. His professionalism and level of service is well above and beyond. Like I told Lewis on our first visit, it was the most fun I'd ever had at an eye exam appointment! I could go on and on but instead I'll share that we've since brought a daughter and son for their exam from Dr Mehta. This is truly a welcoming place. I'm not gonna lie, the glasses may cost you, but you're paying for the service too. If you appreciate stellar service as much as I do then you won't mind. Tell them I said hello! :) read more

Not sure what others see in this place. Doctor was average and would have been alright but I was shown glasses that were undoubtedly the most expensive in the shop retailing for more than $800. Even with insurance they had me at $1200 out the door. Who pays that? I shouldn't have told them who I worked for because after that I was quoted every expensive option available. They really tried to work me. I left not buying anything because I've never paid more than $450 out of pocket in the past. read more

I called Today's Vision on Monday because I've been having trouble with my contacts. An appointment was scheduled for me within 48 hours. Dr. Mehta discovered the problem immediately, prescribed drops for my eyes, and I was done! Louis, the manager, and his staff excel at customer service. They made sure that all of the problems I had were addressed before I left their office. Thank you for your professionalism as well as your kindness. My family started using this location the first month they were open. It is an amazing experience each time. I cannot say enough positive things about Lewis (mentioned on other reviews). From the first phone call, I felt like we were being welcomed into a family. Our last visit a couple of weeks ago for my son was hilarious. Hubby brought my son and I met the family there after I got off work. There were two other families there we are friends with. The adults were offered beer and wine and the kids all chatted while some were getting their exams done, one mom was choosing her glasses, and our son was trying on contacts. It was like a family get together with a lot of laughs. As a family doctor in the area, I tell my staff that we can all learn a lot by their customer service and this is obviously where we refer our patients. read more

I am very happy with my experience getting new Rx sunglasses and clear glasses. I came in with the expectation of renewing my prescription and getting frames that did not fall off my face every time I looked down. It had been 3 years since my last optometrist visit at an office up in Conroe where I left less than happy with the fit of my frames. I had been pricing and checking out different offices around the Woodlands and most offices would blow me off because I did not have insurance. This office treated me with respect and delivered exactly what I wanted with a very high index prescription. During the exam, they discovered early stage cataracts meaning I had to buy sunglasses too. The office worked with me allowing me to split payments into two payments. The glasses that I received surpassed expectations and while I am much poorer, I am still very happy. read more

I'm giving them a 1 star because before I scheduled an appointment I told them to let the doctor know I was having a medical issue with my eye. I told them some debris from the wind flew in my eye and I was feeling some discomfort pain in my left eye. The lady at the front desk told me the doctor said to come in it will not be a problem. I wanted to make sure this doctor can take care the situation because I didn't want have to pay a double copay for two different doctors regarding the same issue. When I got there I showed the doctor my left eye and it had swelling. I told her that the pain is in the upper lid of my left eye she look at my eye and says she couldn't see anything that it was allergies. I knew that it was not allergies because I had discomfort pain in my eye. I called their other location because I wanted the other doctor to look at my eye so the manager scheduled me an appointment the next morning at 9. When I arrived at my appointment the manager tells me the doctor I saw the day before told her that she couldn't see anything and I didn't complain of any pain and it will be a waste time for the other doctor to look at my eye and that I need to go to another doctor. This doctor actually LIED and said that I never mention I was having discomfort pain. This was a wasted drive. I went to another doctor office that work me in right away. Within 10 minutes of being in the chair the doctor lift my left eyelid and remove the debris with a q tip. The doctor told me the other doctor must didn't lift my eyelid correctly because she should had saw what he saw. I wasted money and time this doctor office is quick to say they can do something so they can get your money. The doctor should had stated for me to go to another doctor at the very beginning. I also want to add that I called and left a message for the other doctor at the Rayford location to call me so I can explain my experience I had and as for today he never call. I was told that he will give me a call. This office deserves 0 stars! read more
