Where do I begin. A few things made this a discouraging visit. So, upon scheduling this appt, I got a call the next day saying that my appointment would be cancelled if I didn't provide my insurance over the phone. I was taken aback having never experienced this protocol before. Usually, insurance information is taken upon arrival and certainly if there is a protocol to take insurance information before arrival there isn't a threat of my visit being cancelled. #cattlemanagement #noCUSTOMERservice This immediately let me know that this was not a place that put customer service as a priority. I arrived at check-in, was seated and waited on the young lady to come and get my preliminary exams completed. She was distracted by keekeeing with her good girlfriends... I mean this really threw me for a loop. I thought I was being punked... I was sitting up there bare-faced half blind with my blurry vision. She got my glasses in her hand and she chit chatting catching up with her friends... All I could do was say WOW.. shake my head and patiently wait on her to finish her conversation. She wiped down the areas with alcohol that I would place my face on to examine my eyes. She didnt allow the areas to dry down before she instructed me to place my face on the machine. She took me into the other room. The visit went accordingly - doctor came in examined me, discussed implications and options, and concluded my visit. Immediately after I left my face started to burn and blister. I called back on Monday and sent over pictures of my injury. The office manager said that I wasn't injured and that my blisters looked liked pimples. No accountability, no accommodation nothing... This place needs to be shut down or the optometrist needs to find better office managers and technicians. I've been wearing glasses since I was two. Never in my life have I ever experienced a visit like this before. I'm horrified at the way I was treated. The best thing I can say about this visit is that I discovered a new allergy. I have been a client here for as long as I can remember and I'm always satisfied with my visit. I walked in and the front desk seemed very friendly and gave me a water. I waited for like only two minutes for my appointment. I was greeted with my name and it makes the guest seem welcomed. I love it. After my "eye readings" my doctor Mrs. Cristina De La Pena O.D. made me feel even more welcomed by asking me how my college journey has been. She's just the best. After my appointment I sat down with Mrs. Toni, she immediately greeted me with a smile and we had great small talk when we were ordering my contacts and she made me feel sooooo comfortable just being there. She is the kindest person. It was just so refreshing to talk to her this morning. She definitely made my day brighter. I love her so so so much! And she literally just started there a month ago. I went to this location because I needed to get my new prescription into my glasses when I tell you guys this is the best location I have ever been to regarding my eyesight and maybe 10 years. They were literally top-notch 10 out of 10 from the doctor to the front secretary, I will highly recommend this place to anybody that I know looking for a new place. The team was very pleasant patient and also gave me advice that not only I will want to hear but also advise that I needed to hear regarding my eyesight. From the moment I walk in, the energy is always so positive, everyone is welcoming, professional, and clearly knows exactly what they're doing. I was looking for an eye clinic that was closer to my home and one that accepted my insurance. I decided to try Premier Vision and I'm so glad I did. I had my prescription and just needed new glasses, but I can't see up close so I always need someone to help me pick out frames. Adriana spent about 2 hours helping me. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about what would fit well and look good on my face. We tried a lot of frames and she was able to find THE ONE that was absolutely perfect! I picked up my glasses about a week and a half later and couldn't be happier. They're perfect and I've had several compliments on them! I will be going back after the first of the year for my yearly eye exam and can report back after that, but I anticipate my experience then will be just as positive as this one. Clean facility. Nice people. But slow. Arrived several minutes early for my appointment to make sure everything was good to go. 35 mins after my appointment was to begin, I was informed it would be just a few more minutes. 15 minutes later I was called back. They have nice selection of glasses and willing staff. It just may take you a lot longer than expected to get in and out. read more

Safety is a high priority with this staff. The procedures were comforting and the cleanliness impeccable. The staff helped me streamline my experience by picking my frames prior to the exam...I knew my RX had changed. The doctor was very thorough and explained the various tests. I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review for this office because they have taken care of needs so well in the past but I guess new policies are in place now that doesn't allow for that family friendly atmosphere. I call to schedule an appt for me and 2 of my kids. They told me that they could not schedule all three of us in the same day due to cancellations and no shows. I have never cancelled inside of the 24hr window and definitely have never no showed. I now have to find another eye doctor as I don't have the time to take off work to bring one of my children on a different day. Other than that I will say the doctors are amazing and staff is friendly but this new policy has left me with no choice but to find another eye doctor that can accommodate my family within the same day. read more

Pleasant Surprise I needed a annual eye exam at years end to avoid buying eye insurance this year. They are close to home for the drive after the dilation, as they do not have reversal drops. I named my appointment time at will. ??? The strip center office has modern testing equipment., no air blast to the eyeballs. I intended for just an exam and RX. I ended up getting the to the 9's lenses and sweet frames. Doctor is young,open for questions and very personable. Optician and receptionist are capable and knowledgeable at what they do. Received advanced lens glasses in 3 days less than 2 week turnaround. read more

After a really bad experience at Berkley Eye Center, a friend recommended that I go to Premier Vision and, since then, I've recommended this office to several other people. Everyone at this office is so responsive, warm, and caring. Dr. De La Pena will take as much time as it takes to make sure you are 100% happy with your new contacts. My old optometrist stopped taking my insurance and so I had to find a new one. I had bought some glasses here before in 2014 and remembered a pleasant experience so I decided to come back as a patient. Best decision! The staff was polite, friendly and communicated that there were delays from emergency walk-ins, which of course, is completely fine. They were patient with me during the test where the instrument TOUCHES YOUR EYE (I was having a very hard time with this LOL). From the assistants, doctor and even the sales lady (who was helpful and patient with my indecisiveness AND helped me save 1300$USD!), it was a wonderful, refreshing experience. Dr. D is the best optician I have ever been to.... seriously! I tried this place out strictly because of the great reviews and I am so glad I did! The office staff is so sweet, so welcoming & very helpful. The office is very clean and love the location in Vintage! Dr. D takes her time, explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel very cared about. I have never had a doctor give so many trial lenses for me to try out which also was so great. I also brought my six year old daughter in with me to also have her eyes looked at because she "couldn't see".... which she was pretending because she wanted glasses like mommy! Dr D. was so sweet and explained to her how her vision is perfect and did not need glasses. I can not say enough great things about Premier Vision! I would get my yearly exams there about 4 years ago, but because my insurance changed I stopped going for a while. When I was finally able to go back, there were new staff memebers but you would have never known because I was treated with the exact same amazing customer service as before! I had such a great experience here! Making the appointment was quick and easy. They had several convenient times available for me. My registration forms were emailed to me and completed online (so easy!). The staff was so friendly and quickly go my pre-tests done. I didn't have to wait long before the Doctor came in for my exam. She explained things SO thoroughly in a way I could understand. Picking out my new frames was great. They have a lot of options and designer frames to choose from. Explaining what I was looking for when it came to the lenses on my sunglasses was great because they understood what I wanted.
