I highly recommend this office. I had a basic eye exam and ordered contacts. The staff was helpful, well spoken, and welcoming from the very first call. Each step of the process was seamless. The staff is treated well, and it shows with how they treat customers. I observed them going above and beyond for myself, as well as other patients. In particular, Des is an absolute stand out. She is excellent in her role and clearly knowledgeable. With that said, each member of the staff was noticeably engaged in their job and eager to help. In regard to Dr. Davoodi, her expertise and communication skills stand out. She understands how to speak and engage with patients in a way that makes them feel comfortable and well taken care of. I absolutely LOVE this business - Today's Vision at Creekside is 10 stars if I could go that far for ratings!! :) Dr. May Davoodi is so personable and incredibly nice! She is also very knowledgeable and professional with her eye care. Dr. May Davoodi is very detailed and will explain in great lengths to ensure she does not leave anything important out. I love how clean and organized her business is. Her staff is amazing! I am glad to see that she has a wide variety of eye glasses to choose from including sunglasses. If you like branded glasses like me - this is the place to go! I bought a Versace pair that fits my face structure and I love how it looks. Finally, I have a perfect "go to" pair that I can start using without any discomfort or glass lines on my face. Wahoo! I came to Today's Vision for the yearly eye exam and also the recommended additional 3 advanced eye screening tests for the health of my eyes. I have an astigmatism so we were able to get my eyes comfortably corrected with the right contact lenses and also an updated prescription. I found out that I didn't need the "toric" lenses for my left eye since my astigmatism wasn't as bad as expected. Prior to coming here, I went to Costco Optical so I can already tell the difference between going to Costco vs. going to a high class and upscale eye care business like Today's Vision at Creekside with the most updated technology and advancements. Also, it is pretty high tech with the lenses they make for you to personally fit your glasses. I strongly believe you truly get what you pay for - quality is everything!! Another advantage at Today's Vision is not doing the eye "puff test" which I always dread doing after so many failed attempts in the past of having to keep my eyes open wide for the puff (cringing moment). They have a test to replace the "puff test" which is everything to me. Win/Win So......in conclusion.........highly recommend Today's Vision at Creekside with Dr. May Davoodi. I took my daughter here today after she did not pass her vision exam during her annual physical. The doctor explained everything she was checking. She spoke to my daughter at her level and engaged with her. She made her feel comfortable. She encouraged her even when she was getting the letters wrong. She took her time. The doctor is good but services are awful! They need to be closed on Wednesday. The optician is off on that day and so they have no one to help you on things like fitting frames, sizing lenses, price quotes etc. They basically have a sitter for their store that day. Thursday we went back but the guy went out for lunch and that we just wasted our time and they told us he wouldn't be back for an hour and a half. When a customer work around the employees schedule ( which he has no way of knowing) you have a serious problem. Definitely would NOT recommend. read more

Our family of 4 visits the optometrist annually, usually together (otherwise teen & hubby won't go). I'm the only one with contacts/glasses but insurance covers everyone, why not take advantage? Our previous doctor is great but a 20 minute drive. I receive a mail flier today about a new location in our neighborhood. I call and was immediately told to hold. Great start. No "hello" or "thank you for calling..." I thought about hanging up after being told twice to hold, but already printed out new patient forms. I ask for an appt for our family. The receptionist said they can only take 2. We can wait months for the visit, if we need to. No rush. No explanation was given on the phone, told again they can't accept 4. I say, "but we all need to go". I was promptly told we would have to schedule multiple days. No explanation. Very strange start. I certainly wouldn't want to be tied up with this level of service when theirs a snafu with the contacts or glasses I order. We'll stick with our previous doctor. read more

Do NOT come here unless you want to get ripped off for your money! This place will never get my business back when it comes to glasses or contacts. The doctor will try and be nice and thorough but she is Constantly Unhelpful Not Tolerant, it's all for your money at the end of it all. Sold me glasses with coatings that are not even on my glasses lenses. Took them to another optical to find out I was charged for a subpar progressive yet I paid for the most expensive as if it was better quality. Bait and switch charging you high end options and giving you cheap versions of what you paid for. My daughter's lenses were not even the thinner and lighter option I paid for, the other optical I took them to be checked told me these lenses resemble online cheap made lenses when I paid over $300 with insurance. The contacts for me don't work and when I went in for them to be fixed they seemed annoyed by the fact I couldn't see. Beware don't fall for the scam of what you're paying for is not what you're getting, go get it checked. read more

Don't waste your time or money. There is not enough characters available for me to describe everything that has gone wrong throughout my numerous visits. My glasses prescription was wrong, plus they failed to give me progressive lenses even though i ordered progressives, and I've had problem after problem when trying to get the issues resolved. It is unfortunate because the optometrist is excellent (she's the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1), I was actually excited about meeting her and finding this business, but her staff is absolutely terrible. the (lack of) attention to detail, the poor customer service, the aversion to apologize for mistakes, the overall poor communication, and most of all the EXTREMELY bad attitude attached to every word from the guy behind the front desk; it is simply a miserable experience to do business here and I highly recommend finding another option. Even if you have to drive farther, you will still save time in the aggregate because you will end up driving to Today's Vision so many times due to their mistakes... plus you won't have to deal with Mr. Passive Aggressive at the front desk! read more

I went to Today's Vision Creekside to have an eye exam and order lenses for my own eyeglass frames that I had purchased previously from another store. It took over a month to get the glasses back because of the manufacturer's "multiple inspection failures". Then when I sent my payment receipt for my frames to my insurance provider for reimbursement, they denied my refund because Today's Vision Creekside charged $200 to my insurance for frames that I never bought. They're so dishonest - I wish I could give negative stars... read more
