I am SO happy with this place! I haven't been able to wear my ray bans for years because of how loose they fit. I have brought them into other eyeglass stores with no luck. When my second pair broke I was so worried because I thought I'd have to buy another pair of glasses being that no other place was able to fix my first pair. I found this place online, This is a family owned business and they were so fast and friendly! Ray helped us out today and he was amazing, only took 20 minutes to fix both of my glasses and they give you a 6 month guarantee which is so nice just in case anything happens. I came in here with my sister to see if we could get her frames repaired. The man that works at this location was very rude and condescending. He told her that her glasses were cheap and that she should expect for them to break because of that. Then when we asked if replacing the arms of her glasses would match the original color he gave us a roundabout rudimentary explanation that basically boiled down to "my customers come here because they want to see, not for aesthetics." He handled her glasses in an unsanitary fashion. Touching the lenses and smudging them (after wiping his nose too). It was all very off putting. To make matters worse, after we left the store he proceeded to follow us to our car and ask why we didn't want to repair her glasses with this establishment. When we told him that he came off as condescending he told us that we were rude and stormed off. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I'm truly appalled and I implore anyone who is thinking of coming here to find somewhere else--anywhere else. After all, if they can't treat their customers with basic decency then how do you expect them to treat your glasses? (Also the man was African American, I don't know if he was the manager or what. Do you ever go to a business and they do such great work all you keep thinking is I really hope these guys get rich! Texas is a great state BUT contractors, plumbers, repair guys are a mixed bag; so, when you find it amazing business you need to share it with others! All American eyeglass repair is friendly, competent, CHEAP, and fast!! Normally, getting a nice pair of glasses fixed can take a week, not at this business! They take their job seriously, and do it very very well! They also do a veterans and first responder discount, which means a lot to me personally. My frames completely detached themselves from my lenses and they fixed it for a very reasonable price and in 30 minutes! They are the center building at the Chevron. Google maps might send you a bit off, so just be sure to go to the Chevron -they are the middle building! If you have a favorite frame that you broke go see these guys. LensCrafters tried to help me but they put the wrong screw size in and the head broke off. I couldn't get it out. I was referred to all American by LensCrafters. Family owned and they are super nice and great at what they do! Trevor helped me out. I dropped off my glasses and came back and they are like new again. They are super efficient and they can save a pair of your glasses. I didn't want to just toss these ray bans. I'm glad I found this location. They have one in the SW as well. I wear prescription glasses and regular glasses. This will be my go to spot for repairs and as to purchase new frames.
