This review is NOT for AT&T phone service, but for service received at this location. I have been in here several times in the last 3 months getting phones and service for my daughter and son. The reps have been very courteous and very professional and knowledgeable. As we have changed and upgraded plans, they have helped get the best price package for our situation. No up-selling that I could see. Very plsd with everything at this location. I wish AT&T phone service was equally as good. read more

They over charge me every month and I have to go to the store to get a credit. Now Alex the manager will not call or email me back. We recently had a death in the family. We needed to make extensive changes to our AT&T plan due to this death. We weren't buying any new devices, only making adjustments to our plans and buying one case, but the undivided attention that we received during our visit by a representative named Zach was outstanding. He treated us like humans when we needed help. In the past I have only received good support from AT&T in-store reps if I was either buying a new phone, or signing up a new plan. This store is a corporate store, not just a re-seller. We were able to get real help here, not just buy hardware or sign up for plans. read more

Got sent here by another store due to technical issues. From the time I got here the manager was very rude and harassed me to buy other services after I specifically told him I wasn't interested. The worker that actually got the phone for me was rude and was bad mouthing the other store in front of me. Both manager and associate talked crap about the other store. If you can avoid this store I would and instead go to a smaller store around the area. read more

He got us the best deal possible and was so friendly and made the whole "going to the phone store" thing way less painful then anyone could imagine! The young man who we dealt with was friendly enough but some of the promises made were not true i.e. matching employee discount. I have also spent HOURS trying to get the $300 per line promised rebate, seems its lost in the corporate shuffle. Numerous case numbers and calls to Management have resulted in empty promises. I can't say enough nice things about Jason S. at the ATT store on N45.I went in looking for a ZTE Hotspot. I told Jason what I needed and upon finding the store didn't have any he checked ATT online and even call the local Best Buy to see if they had one as I desparately needed it that day. He explained some of the newer equipment to me but I still wanted the old version. I am not good with the newer equipment. He found one in The Woodlands but it was getting late and I would have to go the next day.Upon arriving there I found that they were holding one for a first responder and didn't have any other so back to the Conroe store to see if Jason had anyother ideas. He asked me if I minded driving to Huntsville(50 plus miles away) as they had one. It was my last hope so I said yes and he had them hold it for me. Before I start the review let me just say that I've been an AT&T customer for over 10 years, I love the service and the company. However, the management at this particular store is horrible. I went in the store to return a defective phone, the phone had a crooked button with a gap in the casing of the phone. First, their "Top" sales associate Eric rolled his eyes when I told him I was returning the phone because I thought the defect was unacceptable. The same phone out on display in their store didn't have this defect but the assistant manager Paul and his sales associate insisted this was normal and told me that they were all like this despite the display model not having this problem. They took my phone in the back and didn't return for over 10 mins, I'm pretty sure they just went though new boxes of the same phone to find another with the same defect to try to discredit my concern for the problem on mine because they came out with a new phone already opened up that did have the same defect. After I refused to pay the restocking fee for a defective device Paul got angry and told me I didn't have a choice, I then told him I'd be calling a supervisor to get this handled when he told me they have no power over him and I would be wasting my time and paying the fee regardless. Well, AT&T filed a complaint on him and credited more than the restocking fee back to my account which is why I love AT&T, they do care about their customers but the management at this location doesn't. If you want to save yourself a headache take the extra few minutes and go to the AT&T store at the Portofino Shopping Center, The management there is in another league compared to the management at this store. read more
