This is a 3rd party AT&T store that messed up everything for us. We have been with AT&T for years…read moreand now with first net. They locked my husbands phone number (after 20 years of having it) and he was forced to get a new number. This then made our bill go up and are still currently having issues 3 months after the incident. Please please go to an actual authorized store for AT&T.

It didn't work either and it came with zero instruction. I was told I could take the box to local store to turn it in. When I got there he told me we are Literally going to throw it in a box and put your label on it and mail it in. Great right! No! He wanted me to take it to UPS store so I didn't have to wait. Wait why? You have to wait 45 minutes. No you can't leave it in my store because I'm going to throw it in the trash and you will be billed for it. So if all you are going to do is attach the sticker which I had in hand and mail it back WHY do I have to wait 45 minutes? Ok I'll go to lunch down the side walk. He says let me know when you come back in and I'll put you on the list. I insisted that he put me on the list now since it would be 45 minute wait and lunch would take no more than 20-30 minutes and it is literally 3 doors down. He balked but did finally add me to the list. Now why do I have to give you 45 minutes of my life so you can in his words Literally throw it in a box and mail it? He didn't have to put the label on it that second and I had the sticker with the box. ?????

Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Willis, Texas's in October. Moved into new house @ had no cell…read moreservice. I went to T-Mobile store and was told cell tower was out of service & would be back online within a month. Fast fwd to January & still no service. Called T-Mobile & cancelled service. Now I just got another bill after 6 months of unacceptable service. I live in the Woodlands Hills Community. Buyer beware. I've been cheated, be better than me! I hate getting ripped off.

We remembered seeing this little store while driving around the area and when we could not find a…read morespecific odd sized battery at any of the big box stores, we decided to stop in and check this place out. Sure glad we did. They had just what we needed in addition to a wide selection of other odd sized batteries as well as all the regular batteries you might need. We also found out that Batteries Plus also sells and programs keys for your car and at a much better price than the dealer does. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I think we will be returning to Batteries Plus in the future for any of our battery needs.

I took the 3 items back to this location looking to exchange them for a Wii game or sell them back to the store. I paid $50 for all 3 pieces. I was told I could not exchange them but I could sell them back. $4!!! That's all that was offered to me for 3 new items, still sealed. Needless to say, I'll never go back to this store again. I'll do all my console shopping online.
