It didn't work either and it came with zero instruction. I was told I could take the box to local store to turn it in. When I got there he told me we are Literally going to throw it in a box and put your label on it and mail it in. Great right! No! He wanted me to take it to UPS store so I didn't have to wait. Wait why? You have to wait 45 minutes. No you can't leave it in my store because I'm going to throw it in the trash and you will be billed for it. So if all you are going to do is attach the sticker which I had in hand and mail it back WHY do I have to wait 45 minutes? Ok I'll go to lunch down the side walk. He says let me know when you come back in and I'll put you on the list. I insisted that he put me on the list now since it would be 45 minute wait and lunch would take no more than 20-30 minutes and it is literally 3 doors down.
