For $30 Nichole diagnosed whether she would be able to repair it. If so, then the fee would be credited towards the repair. She took the time to try an aftermarket screen (less expensive) to see if it would work. Sadly it did not, but it was no problem for her to try the "official" screen. I was SO happy to see my phone turn on!!! It looks like even though it was in a protective case, the screen developed a smal separation from the phone that alowed moisture to get in.
