They provide extremely bad service and overcharge by giving you a quote for monthly service and after a month they go up on that quote by $45 a month and them say that I misunderstood the quoted price. One thing I don't do is misunderstand the amount of a bill I pay monthly!! From now on all conversations with Optimum representatives will be recorded for proof when they lie!! Can't wait until Comcast is in service in this area. As long as Optimum monopolize areas, they will never change. 2 years with them in two different homes and they still lie to customers and give bad service.

While he offered to access my account, he did not offer to provide a resolution for the issues caused by the store, recognize the impact of their associates on my account and finances, or even apologize. Marcus was professional and knowledgeable about the product but was unable to help me due to system issues with T-Mobile. He told me he would call me when the system was up and running so I could come in and finish the upgrade (honestly doubted he would call) surprising he called later in the day. Kudos to Marcus for going above and beyond when the manager was sitting in office while 10 or more customers were waiting (almost 2 hours) and that manager should have been helping customers. The only hard wired zone is my office. This is such shoddy workmanship. And to get this I had to coach the tech to make his connections through the junction box and not outside. He was going to drill holes in my wall when the house is already prewired for internet. It would have taken the tech an extra 5 minutes to do the job right. Dont believe the hype. Ezee is depending on outsourced techs who have 0 incentive to do an excellent job. All they jave to show is that the wifi signal gets to their provided router. When I called for help they gave me the old "well technically the other extenders and splitters are your equipment" Beware. Not worth the trouble.
