I was promise a refund "zelle" (we all know how fast that goes) smh what a joke because 1 month later still nothing still avoiding me dodging calls always in meetings "supposedly" I'm so disappointed it's sickening. Please do your research on tax professionals but don't come here either they genuinely just don't care or they are just overwhelmed with business they can't handle it.
