The whole process was so smooth. Wes was great at communicating the quote to me and answering all my questions. Jason came out to do measurements and discuss an additional vent in my main bedroom, and came up with the perfect plan. And the guys installing (Juan and Tony- I think I got that right) we're super polite and worked their butts off on the hottest day of the week with no complaints. They did a great job of being tidy too. My home, particularly my main bedroom, is cooling better than it has since the day I moved in. And honestly I couldn't be more pleased. Suppose I'll just have to hope for the nicer of the office gals when I call in for my twice a year check up.

Worked fine all year... the exact moment he left it no longer functioned. The odds are astronomical that the system suddenly broke the moment he left. HW maintains it was a coincidence and the motor was already failing. 100+ degrees and elderly people. $700. We called a relative who got the same part for $165 and put it in. We asked for a written inspection report and HW said "we don't do that". You decide for yourself if you want these guys in your home.

I was a senior senior citizen when they sold me the oversized system. I am told that the AG's office in Austin would be very interested, but I do not want to cause them that kind of problem. So. I am just stuck it seems. Be careful. They will sell you what you ask for whether it is technically correct for your home or not. Service requested: They gave me what I asked for. They claim "we don't have proof you paid for it.", which is lubricous, considering I have the credit card receipt and all supporting documentation.
