I can't say enough good things about Platinum Air Solutions and Jonathan Ray. Finding an honest,…read moreknowledgeable HVAC contractor isn't easy these days, but I was fortunate to find Jonathan. He installed a new central air conditioning and heat pump system in my home, and the quality of the installation was outstanding. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. Everything was installed neatly, professionally, and with attention to detail. Jonathan also reworked and rehung my ductwork to improve airflow and efficiency, installed a surge protector to protect my new system, and corrected several other issues that had been overlooked before. He didn't just replace my old system--he made the entire installation better. He also saved me a significant amount of money compared to other estimates I received, while still providing exceptional workmanship. That's hard to find. About a week after the installation, he came back to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That level of follow-up says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. The new system cools my home incredibly well, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for an honest, highly skilled HVAC contractor who truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Jonathan Ray and Platinum Air Solutions.

I was suspicious and was shocked because the issue did not seem that extreme. Started calling other electricians to get their opinion and they both said it was unnecessary and to instead simply splice the bad wire right at the box, easy fix shouldn't be more than $100 total for parts and labor! I called back and JNL said they could do it for $428. Wait I thought we HAD TO DO the $1,600 job because of "safety and regulations". I told the lady I would be going with another electrician. She sounded irritated with me and ended the call. Then I got an invoice for $250. Do not believe their website when they say they offer free quotes this is a lie. Please stay away from this shady company, get another opinion or consultation somewhere else. So sad how careful you have to be these days to not get scammed...

Worst experience I've had in 38 years of being a general contractor, I thought that I was business…read moresavvy when I hired this electrical contractor, he was referred by Home Depot, I asked him to give me a price on fixing a fan wiring and some lighting in a townhouse I own in Houston, he gave me a price of $500 which i thought was fair, he asked me to pay him ahead and I did, I couldn't meet with him in person because I'm in California, he did the work and he FaceTime me about the job. I made the mistake of asking him to do some extra work without an estimate at the Townhouse like installing some recessed lighting, new outlets and fans and he asked me like what kind of fans I wanted and I asked for budget fans with lights he installed five $65 fans i asked him to replace some switches and outlets, I had issues with his schedule because I didn't know when he went to do any work I would get updates from the remodeling contractor that was working there, we had issues with him not being tidy and clean when he did the work, and I complained to him and my contractor had to clean behind him A month later I came to houston and met with him and the work wasn't finish. Work that should have been finished in 2-3 days took over a month. I asked him to finish what he should have finished weeks earlier, he came and worked for two days during that time,I was asking him about the bill so I can pay him, he said that he would send it to me So I sent him $1000 as a progress payment before he sent the bill and I was shocked with a bill that totaled over $5200 when I left houston. I sent him another $2000 and I was protesting his bill, he was so anoing with his messages that I told him that I can pay him another $1000 just to make him go away He agreed and I sent him the money, then he sent me a message stating that he wanted to go to my place and pickup the rest of the material that he didn't use and charged me for on his bill So I told him that I would get him arrested if he came near my place He plays the Christian good guy card and get you to trust him, be aware of this guy, i belive I've been mislead and coned. He didn't ask for any money when he was doing the extra work so I thought that I didn't accumulate a large bill. I would never recommend Bryan to do any work before getting a firm and written contract that will show what he is going to do, when he will finish and price and form of payment. But if you can find someone else it's better for you.
