I can't say enough good things about Platinum Air Solutions and Jonathan Ray. Finding an honest,…read moreknowledgeable HVAC contractor isn't easy these days, but I was fortunate to find Jonathan. He installed a new central air conditioning and heat pump system in my home, and the quality of the installation was outstanding. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. Everything was installed neatly, professionally, and with attention to detail. Jonathan also reworked and rehung my ductwork to improve airflow and efficiency, installed a surge protector to protect my new system, and corrected several other issues that had been overlooked before. He didn't just replace my old system--he made the entire installation better. He also saved me a significant amount of money compared to other estimates I received, while still providing exceptional workmanship. That's hard to find. About a week after the installation, he came back to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I had any questions or concerns. That level of follow-up says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. The new system cools my home incredibly well, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for an honest, highly skilled HVAC contractor who truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend Jonathan Ray and Platinum Air Solutions.

A newly licensed electrician came out the following day and had to research the problem. My husband is normally very handy and can do this type of work. But he had problems and couldn't figure out how to wire the fan controllers to the wall switches. We thought everything was set up fine and the electrician left. A few minutes later we went to turn them on and they were not correct, I immediately put in a call and two electricians returned the next day to fix the problem at no charge. The fans are working great! We would definitely use them again should we run into another interesting electrical issue.

I called with garage electrical outlet problems and asked about their repair services. Terri listened to my description of the problem and then asked me a few questions. She then said "rather than spend money on an electrician, try this first." I did what she advised and the problem was fixed!!! No service call, no fee, and no money spent! Very few people in the business would have even taken the time to help like Terri did, much less lose business by telling the customer exactly what to do themselves. My highest praise for this family-owned and operated business. Now that I have found A Plus Spring Electric, I'll never use another electrician and whole-heartedly will recommend them to anyone needing service.

What sets Josh apart is his integrity. He doesn't use scare tactics or pressure you into following his recommendations. He's highly knowledgeable, straightforward, and always available to answer questions.
