The people who own and work for this company are so amazing! My husband and I had been saving to have central heat and air installed in our home. We had been using window units in each big room and our bills had reached over $500 a month during the hottest months of summer. Even so, our house was never cool. At the end of last year, during their holiday event, our daughter wrote them a letter and nominated us to receive a new AC and heat unit at no cost. We were selected, and in January they came out and installed the most amazing AC and heating system! Top of the line! We are so very grateful, first of all to God, because he is so good to us, and then to Carl and all of his coworkers for their great generosity to us! They started the installation on one morning and by the end of the second day, our AC was up and running. Had it not been for them, I am certain that when this heat wave hit, we would've had to move out and stay elsewhere until cooler weather arrived. Words are not enough to express our gratitude! I would recommend Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating. This is an extremely reliable company. The communication with the Company is excellent. I had the A/C go out on one of my furnaces. First, I contacted another HVAC company who advertises free estimates on TV. Without even properly testing the unit, he said the evaporating coil was defective. I was concerned as the leak could be in a number of places, i.e. the junctions where the pipes are joined, the evaporating coil, the condensing unit, etc. I then contacted Carl's Quality Cooling and Heating. The service technician, Kegan determined that it was the evaporation coil (A-Coil) by opening the furnace and providing me with a picture of the leak. I contracted with them to do the work. Their work was superb. I have prior refrigeration knowledge and they did the installation without short-cuts, evacuating the system, changing the dryer, etc. They did not cut corners. The unit continues to operate properly. The other HVAC companies estimate was 2 1/5 times what I paid for the same service. read more

When my A/C went out, I called for service with an extremely tight schedule and Customer Service Rep Lauren was able to adjust manpower to send a tech out within the hour. After determining that my system had reached the end of its service life, System Consultant Jesse came to the house and walked me through an estimate of what the job would cost and cut expenses by re-using existing parts. Once the new unit arrived, Carl Roloff, along with Harris and Silvio arrived for the install and worked tirelessly for the entire day in the sweltering attic installing the system. They cleaned up the area and each of them thanked me for the opportunity to service the system.
