They came out and made an initial assessment. Parker was able to replace a couple of motors on the dampers to try and solve the problem at a much better price than I was quoted by my regular AC service company. This needed to be done regardless. Shortly after, the same problem persisted so I called again and Daisy scheduled another appointment for the very next morning. They came out the next morning and did some further investigating and discovered what they thought was the source of the problem and they offered a discount on the new part/labor considering that I had already paid for the motors.I never felt like they were trying to do an upsell or pressuring me to do unnecessary repairs. Their prices are very, very competitive. They were very persistent in trying to solve the problem and needless to say, my problem was solved today and their customer service is A++. Granted the middle of January isn't peak business for any HVAC company but I was very pleased that they came out so quickly. They found the problem.
