Provided a lot of information for me and was willing to explain my situation as well as provide some good info to bring back to my builder to save money. I don't know any company that is looking out for the little man especially during this economy. Conley Cooling and Heating will be my HVAC company I use for now on and will be suggesting them to my family and friends. Trust me, don't go to big names companies (Moore/Abacus) and so on. Conley is here to help and treat you like family. My condensation lines run across my attic to master bedroom sinks and cause ton of blocks and issues. The very next day, the installation crew arrived and had everything completed in about six hours. Later that afternoon, while I was cooking dinner, Trung (the owner) called and said he was outside. He wanted to personally inspect the installation before the job was considered finished. He thoroughly checked the crew's work, and you just don't see that level of customer service anymore. To top it off, KAC Express was less expensive than the other two companies that gave us estimates. Great price, quality equipment, fast installation, and outstanding customer service. Justin came by the following day and gave us several quotes on various units. He didn't try selling the most-expensive unit (or even the step up from what we're getting). He also explained the ductwork and why the construction would be as extensive as planned. Our ducts are original to our 1970s house, and there are all kinds of holes that are beyond repair. Between the time we scheduled our unit install and the actual date (8 days from now ), Madd Air has handled any issues we've had to ensure we are comfortable. Our unit ran out of coolant and needed to be charged, and Justin added enough to hold us over. Their prices are right in line with the market, and in my opinion, they do far more than what other companies with the same quote can offer. When the salesman realized he wasn't going to get any upsell wiggle room, he told me they don't do blown in insulation for less than three grand. This is more than every other company that offered quotes by as much as 50%. I would avoid based on the 'sales first' pushiness of the company. They are less interested in providing value to customers than pushing their sales. A company needs jobs to be profitable, but this is something else entirely.

I was proud I finally could afford a Trane. Installed 3/30/25. First sign of problems, water underneath my inside unit located in a closet in hallway. Then begins appointment after appointment trying to resolve it. 3 different changes to my piping. Accusations that it was my fault with MY piping in my foundation. Original installation did a poor job with my piping. It finally stopped leaking for a while and so did my AC. Now my coil had a Freon leak. New coil was installed. Worked for a while and then doesn't. Replaced compressor on my outside heat pump. Now I have contacted Trane to check if my unit was owned by a previous customer. I got a case manager to work with me. From what they could tell, no previous names on the serial numbers. Case manager remained on my case. Now I am looking for complete removal of the unit with 100% reimbursement per their policy on my sales invoice. Now comes more trouble. Decision was made to replace with a new Trane. New Trane installed 8/3/26. A month and 6 days later the AC stops working. Service came out 8/10. A fuse board and sensor seems to be the issue. Surprise, they don't have the parts on hand. Now I'm sitting here with no AC and no phone call with an update. 1 good thing is their service employees. Out of all of them that came to my home, and there was many, 1 was disrespectful. The management of this company is highly incompetent and what needed to happen didn't. A complete reimbursement and the extraction of the original Trane unit. Now I'm starting a new nightmare with my replacement Trane.
