When the salesman realized he wasn't going to get any upsell wiggle room, he told me they don't do blown in insulation for less than three grand. This is more than every other company that offered quotes by as much as 50%. I would avoid based on the 'sales first' pushiness of the company. They are less interested in providing value to customers than pushing their sales. A company needs jobs to be profitable, but this is something else entirely.

He also explained the ductwork and why the construction would be as extensive as planned. Our ducts are original to our 1970s house, and there are all kinds of holes that are beyond repair. Between the time we scheduled our unit install and the actual date (8 days from now ), Madd Air has handled any issues we've had to ensure we are comfortable. Our unit ran out of coolant and needed to be charged, and Justin added enough to hold us over.
