Our home AC unit stopped cooling recently. We had a technician from another company come out and look at it. He thought the indoor coil was leaking coolant. He said he could try to get a replacement coil and install it or he suggested we consider replacing the entire unit. We decided to get a second opinion. We called Reliable Air & Heat. They sent out a technician the same day. The technician was polite and very thorough in analyzing the problem. He did a leak detection test. He found NO coolant leaks in the indoor coil but found several leaks in the outdoor coir. He suggested we go with a new AC unit. The price he quoted seemed reasonable so we went with a new unit. The company sent out three installers the next day in the late afternoon and they installed the new unit the same day. The men were polite and seemed to work efficiently. I reviewed their work after they left. Their work looked professionally done as to be expected. From our experience we would highly recommend Reliable Air and Heat for all your AC and heating needs. read more

This business is absolutely amazing. This last summer, during the 110's when everyone's AC was going out, so did mine. I had a different HVAC company that twice a year serviced my heater/AC. I diligently let their repair folks come to my house to inspect my unit, and paid for all the recommendations they suggested. So then, in the middle of summer with such scorching heat that you really don't want to be without AC (and I work from home, so it's not like I have anywhere to go to get away from the heat), my AC goes out. I call my regular (now former) HVAC company, and they send someone out next day. Turns out I need a new blower motor. And supposedly, the part will take three days to arrive. I rough it out for 3 days, only to be told the part hasn't arrived yet. Long story short, on day 10 I have had enough of my old HVAC company telling me I can have my AC replaced next day, but the blower motor has not arrived, so I started calling around. And that's when I find Reliable Air & Heat. Not only did they come out the very next day, but they were able to not only find the right blower motor but replace it all in the same afternoon. I couldn't believe it. I waited 10 days with the other HVAC company while melting in the heat, and this company had it all done in less than 24 hours. And the best part??? The bill was only half of what my previous HVAC servicer quoted me. So not only did I not have to buy an entire new AC unit to have AC, but I paid less than I expected for the blower motor replacement. Needless to say, Reliable Air & Heat is my new heater/AC servicer. I am calling them first with all my needs. read more

The service technician was Mr. Jack, an incredibly knowledgeable and professional young man. He took the time to explain everything he did, and why he was doing it. I called Reliable Air & yesterday morning and spoke to Robert the owner and explained to him I did not have any heat in the house. Robert let me know they had a full schedule but would do his best to work me in that evening he followed up with an email confirming the service call. The temperature in the house was 43 degrees when I got home and dipped down to 25 degrees overnight. We called to have our AC looked at after it went out. We were originally told they would be here between 12-2. We received a call around 11 telling us they had to push it back. Now this may seem like a negative, but I have dealt with many people in the past who leave you hanging without any warning they will be late. The call was appreciated. They gave us a new window of time and showed up later in the day (still the same day the call was made). After some time, they found the problem with our AC unit and fixed it. They did not try and sell us anything extra....in fact they said they could point us in the direction of where to get a new filter, but we could also possibly find one cheaper on our own. We found a deal on Amazon. They were very professional and extremely nice the entire time. All in all a very pleasant experience....and will definitely be trusted again. read more
