I took it back and then they tell me I need to replace another part they completely messed up my screen it's all aligned wrong and there's a big black spot on the bottom of my screen now. I took my iPhone there to get the cracked screen replaced. They told me that I would have to replace the censor pad piece as well, costing me $75. At first the phone seemed like it worked fine, however, within 24 hours half of my screen was useless. The bottom half of the screen would not recognize any touch, other times i would attempt to open an app or write a text message and the iPhone would just start "freaking out", and open half a dozen apps and begin writing gibberish in my text messages. I took the phone back and they told me that it was most likely a faulty screen and censor and that they would fix it for me without charge. Got the phone back within the hour, and like the last time the screen seemed to work fine. By the next morning the phone was doing the exact same thing. Except I had to leave that day for a trip, so I had to deal with an iPhone that wasn't working for over a week. Instead of going through this over and over, I will just go elsewhere to have my phone fixed. read more

Charged us $65 a piece to replace two iPhone 6 screens. They were ready in 45 minutes! Screen is aftermarket and certainly not the same quality as apple. Better than cracked screen but if I go through this again I'll just go to apple. 4 stars for great service and price negotiation. read more

Took my iphone here because I smashed my screen. They advised me that the whole front screen and panel would need replaced. They offered me this service for $69 which was a fair price. After the repair my phone was not working right, it would randomly call numbers and open web pages without me even touching it. I took it back to be fixed which they did at no charge but my phone is still having some issues were it just bugs out. I'll probably have to go back again. read more

This place is terrible!!!!!! Do not go here. I took my iPad here for just a cracked screen, and when I finally got it back three days later, it was broken!! The screen came off completely, and there were black dots underneath the screen the first and second time I had them repair it. Although the technician told me he would call me and notify me when my iPad was ready, he never did. When I took the iPad for a second time, they never updated me on whether or not they were done with it. Terrible, cheap workmanship. There are still black dots on my screen, and for some reason, my internet does not work. No apologies or concern from the technician. I went here to get my iPhone screen fixed, it was terribly cracked and missing pieces, they had no issue fixing it!! They took it right in and had it ready by the time I got off and even waited for me to get there Bc I get off at 6:30 and showed up at 7pm (the time they close) so they weren't a little store that closed early. Guys were super friendly and had different options available for me. I just wanted my phone fixed and ASAP and they made that possible!!!! No issues at all :) and will be taking my phones there for now on. Also they don't offer military discount (which is totally ok) but I asked Bc it's always nice and they honored me with a little of a discount which is extremely respectful and nice of them to support the military even tho it's not one of their usual things. :) read more

Leaving a review on yelp is the last thing I wanted to do but after my experience people should be aware this place is sketchy to say the least. First off you leave your very expensive device with these people because you think well hey they have a store front it must be legit right? In all my dealing with this store I never got a receipt, they did take my number on a post it. No note of general condition is recorded so if they mess up your machine which they did in my case you have no proof of its previous condition not to mention a receipt saying you actually left anything with them to start with. (Tech guys with even a desk top to check items in?) The tech I dealt with was called Thomas, Thomas will remember me because I was in the store quite a lot, it started with a broken ipad screen but this led to numerous problems and then ended approx. 4 weeks later with me needing a new ipad! Thomas gave me my money back for the original repair (very generous considering) and then told he never seen this problem before and he can not fix it. it went in with a cracked screen and left with a mother board issue! (I'm sure he even checked youtube on how to fix it) Thomas broke my ipad beyond repair, these guys should not be allowed clean a screen never mind open an expensive machine. Take your business to an authorized repair shop not these guys, you won't regret it but you just might regret bringing your business to this store. in fact I'm sure you will! read more

My screen was cracked so I came here since the Apple Store couldn't give me an appointment & I didn't want to have my screen cracked & risk it dying completely. So I called before I went, to check there prices & I got quoted $110 since they were having a special. I go inside & a different guy from the one I spoke too said my phone had some bleeding & that it would be more 149.99 + 15 for a screen protector + taxes in total I paid was $167. I was annoyed at the price change but understood. I get home and notice the brightness & tint were a little off but I didn't pay to much mind to it, but the screen protector had a crack by the home button already and I hadn't even dropped it not once...So I took it back the next day bring it to the guy and he asks if I dropped it, I told him no so he takes it off & puts another one on and I go about my way. A week later It accidentally falls I picked it up & the whole screen was cracked with the screen protector & case on! My husband used to work for AT&T and basically put screen protectors on every day for about 3 yrs so I ask him how is my screen cracked if I have a screen protector & case? That's when he realized the screen protector the guy last put on was for and iPhone 7 not for a 7 plus. I paid $15 extra just for him to not even put the right screen protector on. The guy who fixed my phone definitely knew it was not the right size & didn't care to fool me and waste my money. BEWARE! Purchased a Groupon for glass replacement on my IPhone 6S+ from this store. Upon inspection the technician informs me that there is additional damage beyond the glass and that the LCD screen panel will also need replacement for an additional up-charge of $60. In all fairness, there is slight discoloration in the top corner of the panel. Ok I agree. $69 glass Groupon replacement plus a (supposedly new) $60 LCD panel, with promised time less than an hour. Dropped off, returned 1.5 hours later to find that technician had not even begun the replacement work. Ugh! In addition, I had to remind him who I was and what phone I had dropped off. 2 hours now - replacement complete, $129 plus tax later out the door. Hours later, upon closer inspection by turning down phone brightness I notice same discoloration in the top corner of the phone LCD panel. I do NOT believe the LCD was ever replaced, and I was up-charged as part of a sales scam. I'm going to contact Groupon about their business practices and advise anyone planning to use their service to be careful! read more

I dropped my phone off to have the screen replaced around 5:15 and told the associate to save my screen protector because it was a Zagg tempered glass and a replacement is significantly cheaper than a new one. I was told my phone would be ready in an hour so I returned at 6:15 and was told the polarizer needed to be replaced which would be another $40 on top of my groupon. I waited another hour in store to receive my phone with gaps at the top right and bottom left corners. I had to ask for my case back. They did not save my screen protector as requested so they gave me a free tempered glass protector from the store. My screen is slow to respond in the bottom left corner when typing now. Very disappointed considering all the good reviews I'd read. read more

And they wanted me to pay another 100$ to fix it when they replaced it with a broken and fuzzy screen in the first place. They said I applied too much pressure .... i wasn't aware texting caused too much pressure. Very impressed with the service here! My galaxy S5 screen had been cracked for quite some time. The guy at the store was very upfront about what could happen with the repair and clearly explained further repair might be necessary depending on how the repair went and why. He not only matched the price on Group-on, but also gave us 25% off since we had a 25% off Group-on coupon. They made the process super easy and the phone looks as good as new. You would never know it had been cracked for over a year. I'm only living in Houston for a short time but I would consider making a trip back to the area even after I move if I ever need a repair again.
