Just had an iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced - job took about an hour. The phone looks and works great now.

What a rip off. Brought iPhone in working with glass broke to replace. Up charged me led board needed replacement and iPhone was dim said it needs charging. Did that still dim. They brought to back came back phone completely not coming on . Said I now need to buy a new one. Wanted to refund half to my account but didn't hit my card. Another cell Apple confirmed they fried it during there placement of lens . Stay away read more

They replaced my screen but it was still broken.... then two days later the LCD went out. And they wanted me to pay another 100$ to fix it when they replaced it with a broken and fuzzy screen in the first place. They said I applied too much pressure .... i wasn't aware texting caused too much pressure. Biggest mistake ever coming here...if you want a quick repair come here but if you want high quality... go elsewhere. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT come to this establishment. I had the same issue as the other individuals below. They tell you one price on groupon/livingsocial and then you get hit with oh there is an additional charges for XYZ. Prices don't match on any website or in-store, completely misleading - oh and I got called stupid for calling them out on what they did - and told to stick to my own profession. I will NEVER return to this establishment. read more

Very impressed with the service here! My galaxy S5 screen had been cracked for quite some time. The guy at the store was very upfront about what could happen with the repair and clearly explained further repair might be necessary depending on how the repair went and why. He not only matched the price on Group-on, but also gave us 25% off since we had a 25% off Group-on coupon. They made the process super easy and the phone looks as good as new. You would never know it had been cracked for over a year. I'm only living in Houston for a short time but I would consider making a trip back to the area even after I move if I ever need a repair again. Excellent service, great price, and very knowledgeable and up front staff. Highly recommended from a tough reviewer. read more

Took my phone to get the screen fixed, after it being broken for awhile. They fixed it within the same day but earpiece went out and I couldn't hear anything. They blamed it on me saying it was because the drop. My thing is IT WAS WORKING FOR MONTHS JUST FINE WITH THE CRACKED SCREEN!. They tried "another solution", but claim it was just my BAD LUCK and the phone can not be fixed. They refused to help me out and took my money. They hung up on me and blocked my number when I asked to speak with the owners. I spoke with one of the partners of the company, who said "I OWN A MULTI-MILLION COMPANY", I will give $200 store credit towards our phone that cost $525. What??????????? I've paid $150 for the screen now they want me to pay $300 more. Another solution they offered was for me to switch carriers and update my iphone X. All I can is Wowwwwww.....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....HORRIBLE SERVICE.....RUDE OWNER MIKE......DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I HAVE TEXT OF THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE ADMITTING THEY WERE WRONG AND STILL NOTHING read more

Very helpful and fast service. They made the dreaded pain of cracking my phone screen a simple process to fix. Highly recommend!

Fast and convenient! Fixed my iPhone's broken screen in less than an hour and it's like new again!

All I can say is scammers!! I purchased a Groupon to get my daughters screen fixed. When I brought it in they told me they were not able to fix the screen that I needed to get another part but I could use the Groupon as a credit. Really!! He also said that since I've viewed my Groupon that I was not able to get a refund. I immediately checked with another service and they said the screen could be fixed. By the way I did get a refund from Groupon. read more

Took in a Groupon which didn't phase them a bit. Even without the Groupon their prices are beyond competitive. A+++ service from some super professional guys. Thanks!!! read more

Their service was quick, efficient, and affordable I will most definitely recommend Cell ER Phone Repair to family & friends!

Do not go anywhere else for your cell phone repair! I happened upon Cell ER when my usual place was closed and I'm so thankful I did. Franco was so sweet and had my iPhone screen repaired in well under an hour as promised! The prices are comparable to any other cell repair store but the customer service goes above and beyond. Thank you SO MUCH Franco for fixing my phone so quickly. We will never go anywhere else read more

These people were super helpful and very affordable! Highly recommend anybody I know to go get their screens fixed here! The guy who fixed the screen was nice and even took the blame for something I messed up on! Great service! read more

Good customer service, just cheap non-genuine parts. Got a new digitizer for my phone to install myself as I have a very high technical skill. The slots for the speaker grills were not cut right so the glass cracked while putting them on. I probably would have tried to return it anyway if it hadn't broke because the light bleed and washed out colors on the LCD panel were very horrible even before the glass cracked, for the price I paid I expected a lot better quality than a flea market knock off. Once again, customer service was great, but will not recommend due to low quality parts. read more

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a cell phone repair company. I was in the area and saw the store had "good" reviews so I stopped in to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 7 (I had JUST dropped it maybe ten minutes prior). I should have walked away from the very beginning but I was in a hurry so I decided to chance it. I've cracked/shattered numerous screens but I've never had to have the LED replaced and after finding similar reviews, I'm sure this is their "hustle" to get more money out of their customers. I paid the extra $40 or so to get the LED replaced as well as the screen so that I could be on my way. It took about an hour, as expected, but when I went to pick up my phone I realized the color appeared washed out. I asked why it looked like that and I was told, and I quote, "It looks fine to me." What? Completely absurd. I told the "gentleman" that it was my phone and I'm very aware of what it looks like and it's never looked like that before. His response? "You're probably not used to seeing it without a crack in it." That right there had me completely bothered. What kind of customer service representative uses that as an attempt to justify the situation? I informed him that I had just cracked my screen prior to stopping in so that wasn't the case but that I would take it home and see how I feel about it. IT DROVE ME CRAZY. I ended up switching to my backup iPhone 5s because I was so annoyed with how dingy the color appeared. I called the next day and mentioned who I was and that I wasn't happy and wanted it fixed he said he remembered me saying that and that I could come in and have it looked at as its covered under warranty. I drive the thirty minutes there and the same representative asks me what's going on and I explain that the image looks washed out and I'm not happy with it. Again he tells me that it "looks fine" so I show him my iPhone 5s next to my iPhone 7 and ask him how my phone that is three years old appears to have a better image quality than my phone that is one year old. This man has the nerve to tell me that they look the same. This is where I'm starting to get VERY annoyed. He continues to say that he works on over thirty of these phones a day and that to him there doesn't seem to be an issue. I inform him that if he uses this wording with me again that I'm going to be "fucking pissed" (yes, I was that mad) and that I am not going to have him continue to tell me that there isn't a problem with my phone when there obviously is. He says he "understands" but that the iPhone 7 screen replacement in white is out of stock so if I want it replaced again I'll have to have black unless I'd like to wait for them to get a white one in stock. This man knew that I was coming in to have my screen fixed (again) and he didn't think to tell me that he didn't have the screen replacement in white available? I informed him that I would call the following day and that I wanted my phone fixed and I wanted it done right otherwise I would contact my bank (purchase protection) as well as file a claim with the BBB. I call the following day and confirm they have the correct screen in stock, they do, so again I make the thirty minute drive there. I drop off my phone and return an hour later and he says he's still "testing" everything and that it would be another hour before it gets finished. I go back an hour later and he says it's finished so I ask what was wrong with it and if it looks better and he responds with, "I didn't want to do it but I took a screen off a brand new phone. I didn't think there was anything wrong with it before, it looked fine to me but you can look at it and see what you think." It looks a hundred times better but the color is still slightly off; colors just don't seem to be as vivid on my phone. I had already went back and forth three days in a row so I finally decided to say hell with it and take it as is. This has just been the worst experience ever (as far as the screen replacement and customer service goes) and I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear. read more

Horrible experience! I have taken my iPhone 6 there for a screen repair, and I ended up buying a new phone. Important to mention: my phone was working perfectly when I took it there, just that it had its screen broken. After they replaced my screen, I couldn't use some of the letters and numbers to text. I took it back to the shop and they re-repaired it. After that second attempt, my phone started acting all weird: typing stuff by itself, opening and closing apps by itself, freezing - all that made it inoperable. I took it back to the shop and they said it was not their fault, even though I told them this Only started after their "repair." I took my phone to the Apple store and the display was so damaged that they wouldn't even fix it anymore, but I had to buy a new phone. All in all it costs me almost $400. I will NEVER take it there again, not advice anyone to do so. Plus, they never refunded me. read more
