Heads up. Be aware- I took my phone here for speaker repairs that accidentally dropped a little bit of water a year ago and finally decided to take it here and there were delays along with non authorized fees. I was asked to leave it as they need additional time for repairs. Upon returning the next day, to pick up my phone the screen along with screen protector was broken. The shop didn't cover the cost nor repair it and added the fee for a replacement screen. As I'm using it that night, it felt very hot (overheating) specially as it was charging. When I touched the screen there's a shadow/ghost then an unresponsive screen appeared. I returned the next day and the they preform a hard reset. I mentioned to check the battery since it's overheating and his response was " after so many updates the battery swells" My IPhone didn't have this issue when I originally dropped it off but after the "so-called" repair to my speaker issue along with breaking my screen, additional issues arise. I don't recommend this established because my speaker still isn't fixed, and was charged additional for "screen" repairs that the tech caused along with damages to the batteries. I had a battery that was going bad and a busted back glass on my iPhone 14. Made an online appointment to fix both. Total cost was $250 plus tax. Back glass was $150 to replace and battery was $100. My appointment was at 12:30pm on a Saturday and I picked up my phone about 4 hours later. Back glass looks nice. Guy working on it was friendly. Battery honestly doesn't seem that much better, but you can tell it was replaced because IOS complained about it after turning on my phone. Their prices are about average. Online reservation and service selection was super easy. And folks working there were nice. Highly recommend. read more

Second time bringing an item to them. 1st was a minor fix to my computer, the 1st experience wasn't bad just thought it was pricey for what they did but needed the laptop fixed ASAP. Second time was Awful! Left them my computer and took over a week to get a response of what was wrong. Got quoted almost half of the price of the computer to get it fixed. Decided not to get it fixed with them and I was told to pick up my laptop. When I showed up to pick up it wasn't available. It was in a different location so now I had to wait for it to arrive. When I came back to pick up when they were supposed to be open NO ONE was there. It's just going in circles with them. If you're looking for a less expensive and faster fix than going to Apple THEY ARE NOT IT! Save your time and money. read more

so first off, the only reason i'm not giving one star is because of the people working there. they're actually pretty cool. HOWEVER i shattered the back glass on my iphone 15 plus, they fixed it! it was great! but my entire phone was bent like it was twisted clockwise?? and a couple weeks after the repair this black spot a hair smaller than a dime showed up. they're dead pixels. and now my phone will die at like 80, 70, some high percentage just randomly. even with my back glass shattered my phone was working better for months before i got it repaired, and the problems arose immediately after getting it repaired with them. i don't want to put all of the blame on them, but make it make sense. why did i even waste the money getting it repaired? edit: i'm coming back and giving them one star. i also forgot to mention how my phone will not play at a consistent volume anymore either since the repair. i have never in my life. even in the dirt in the middle of nowhere while i was in the military, EVER had a phone completely crumble like this. the only thing about my phone that works correctly is the simple fact that it even turns on anymore. the best thing they can do rn is either refund me what i paid them to repair the back glass or fix what they broke. horrid company and to be honest, they deserve to close. read more

For Firas, photos from other sources to compare to the condition of the phone will assist in confirming or denying a specific type of damage. Also note to consumers, manufacturers have warranties and shop owners that stand behind their parts will honestly document what parts are being put in the phone and their respective warranty. If a shop owner/manager does not wish to work through a manufacturer's warranty and swap out, then he, Firas, should not be presenting it as a solution. Policies (if transparent) and words spoken by the manager should be ethical and have integrity in nature-not serve the sole interests of a shop owner. I was advised to meet with Firas (owner) at the store, at a time he had suggested during our phone conversation after several days of receiving runarounds from his team, including instructions to reach out with no response back from him. After we finally connected, we discussed the proposed solutions in detail. However, upon arriving at the store-the narrative had completely changed. Firas denied that the part came from his store, refused to honor the process of working with the manufacturer that he decribed he would do on the phone (despite the front screen being in pristine condition), and took a personal dig at my character. At that point, I pointed out that the character flaws he was referencing were a reflection of own approach and behavior. If a vendor truly uses quality parts that they stand behind consistently, this issue would not have occurred. Given the shifting personnel throughout the years, the inconsistency in narratives from the manager/owner (Firaz), and his willingness to disparage both past employees' workmanship and clients' character, I would advise others to consider going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and ensure the full scope of workmanship is clearly documented -- including part number/description, the warranty details on each component (not just labor), and the condition of your device upon drop-off. Additionally, carefully watch price markups across similar components from this provider. My last visit involved good service from Mohammed M. This year, however, I encountered a completely new team. One staff member even left the store just a week after I met him and received instructions to reach out to specific techs that work on my type of phone at the store-- highlighting some level of instability. Suddenly, the pricing had skyrocketed on a component-by-component basis by a significant multiplier. To Firas: Why invite someone in with an action plan to only change the narrative and take a dig at that, and what example does that set for your employees? Why also take a dig at people who are not around to defend themselves? As promised and as you inquired, I provided detailed information on the warranty details from another vendor. For you to dismiss that as "word play" when I provided the information as promised, rather than acknowledging the documentation and proof shared with customers, is concerning and contradictory. How can one talk about word play within another shop's warranty language when one is maneuvering and utilizing words that harm their customers and put the shop in a favorable position every time. Red flags arise when shops purchase parts from different vendors and fail to clearly document which parts are installed in each customer's device. Each component is subject to its own manufacturer's warranty as well as workmanship trail, and the lack of documentation leaves customers vulnerable (which was taken advantage of today)-- especially given the constantly changing staff who can say or do whatever they choose. There are other shops (cheaper, same price, and more expensive); move on; someone will honor their words, not put words in your mouth, respect you (and your time), and be transparent. read more

Used the wrong glue to close my phone, after a battery replacement. As a result, buttons got stuck internally. The location was closed on Sunday. Had to take my phone to another store to get cleaned and closed appropriately. I asked for a PARTIAL refund, but the manager refused. Take ur phone to a big chain company, where locations are open during business hours, and credit cards can be used without asking customers to pay an extra 2%. Bad service, avoid. read more

Walked in to change my cracked screen on my iPhone 11 and they immediately started to work on it! It took about 30 minutes and even installed a new screen protector for a bit more. Compared to reserving at Best Buy 2 separate times with their certified Apple services, they didn't have the parts in stock and still accepted my reservation. Edit: used an LCD screen in my iPhone X which has an OLED panel and when I came back to ask for a new repair after the LCD shorted out I was refused (un original parts) also their warranty is basically non existent the website claims both lifetime and one year and I was told 90 days. Very happy with the service I received here! The first person I spoke with was Firas. I explained my issue and he determined that the LCD on my iPhone was the problem. I appreciated that he tried to trouble shoot my phone before jumping into making a sale on a new screen. They did end up having to replace it, and I got my phone back in less than an hour and a half. It looks perfect, can't even tell anything was wrong with it! When I came to pick up my phone the girl that helped me (Maha) was extremely polite and professional. Absolutely abysmal customer service. My kid went to them to repair a cracked screen on his I-phone 10X. The phone stopped working 3 days later while he was at college. Ended up buying new i-phone. Brought the phone in during the holidays COMPLETELY inside the warranty period. Receptionist/clerk was rude, refused to honor the warranty. Pretty heated discussion ensued.
