Dishonest and Incompetent - Do Not Trust This Shop I brought my iPhone to Fix My Phone Repairs, and they completely ruined it. They drilled a screw through my Face ID lens, permanently damaging it. Now the only fix is to buy a brand new phone. Even worse, they lied to me, saying I needed a more expensive screen to make Face ID work but Face ID would never have worked anyway because of the internal damage they caused. They were just trying to upsell me while covering up their mistake. I later had another repair technician open the phone, and he recorded the whole process for liability. The damage caused by Fix My Phone Repairs was obvious and confirmed. This shop is dishonest, careless, and unethical. Do not trust them with your device. They are liars and crooks. read more

This place is the worst. I initially reached out to them by email , asking if they could replace a battery in my S10. I was told yes, that they keep that battery in stock, and no appt was needed. I show up, and no battery. The the guy behind the counter tried to tell me the email wasn't from them. I showed him the email, proving it came from them. He then shrugged it off and said he needed to order the battery and to come back in on Tues. I did go back on Tues, and a different guy at the counter laughed at me while picking ear wax out of his ear. He went in back, and out came the guy who said he'd order the battery. Its setup. Brung my phone in for repair. $150 they charge for a screen cracked. The screens they use to replace is NOT factory thickness. I had phone for two days never used it say on my desk charging and testing, for it is my company phone. Went to put new case On and back it up to my computer. Soooo, as i was putting the new case On, the screen went black again. I thought something may have came loose inside. I took it back to these frauds, they said it was cracked again, and needed to charge me another $150. Showed me some gurantee card about it being cracked without a screen protector. Its NOT cracked from the outside it's cracked from the inside. So how would I do that? Or protect the phone from that???? So thats NOT covered under your gurantee?? The new super thin screen is clearly NOT seated correctly inside of phone frame, as you can see here, But they get you out the door and stand behind a rigged warranty. I would throw $150 in the middle of I-10 before I give it to You fraudsters. Wish I had red these reviews first!!! read more

During my interaction, I felt talked over, and my requests as a customer were not fully understood. Despite requesting a diagnosis, and being told that all I needed was a reinstallation of Windows 10 OS, I received a faulty, non-licensed, and 'tweaked' installation of Windows 11, rendering my PC unusable for its intended purpose. When I raised the issue, I was asked to bring it back in to test the original version of Windows as a potential solution. it's essential to emphasize that reinstalling an older version of Windows will not resolve the problem, a fact that is universally understood in the tech community. Despite being asked to bring the computer back for this attempt, it raises concerns about the shop's grasp on effective and appropriate solutions for computer issues. I didn't ask for Windows 11, I didn't ask for a non licensed version nor did they provide any insight to that being their primary option in resolving my issue. I didn't ask for a tweak to be added so that it would be forced onto a pc that wasn't built for that OS. This pc was working fine before the incident that caused me to bring it in for a diagnostic. If your diagnosis determines that a simple reinstall would fix the problem then why would I have to bring it back? I don't recommend anyone use this place for computer related issues. read more

I took my phone in last week to get the screen fixed. Once the repair was done they told me that my front camera was also broken and that they can fix that too. I said no thank you since I rarely take selfies. Later when I tried to use my fingerprint to unlock the phone it wasn't working, neither was my top speaker, the message indicator lights, or my back camera's flash. I tried resetting my phone but that didn't work. Since the back wasn't glued back on properly I followed a YouTube guid to see if there was a hardware problem. I discovered that they never reattached the cable for my fingerprint scanner, and that they threw away the cable that connects my "broken" front camera to the mother board. I paid them $200 to irreversibly break my phone, since I can't find that part anywhere online. Now I have to send it to the manufacturer to get the part replaced. read more

Had a screen go bad and was not able to use certain areas. The screen was not cracked or even scratched but they were confident a new screen would fix it. They told me it would be about 30 minutes and I could wait which was great. I wasn't watching the time but it seemed like it was done in 15 minutes and working perfect. DO NOT TAKE your iPhone 14 or newer phones to get any parts replaced to this place. They do not use Apple compatible parts. I paid $200 to have them replace my broken screen. My phone immediately had a notification saying "unknown device" so I did what I should have done in the first place and took it to the Apple Store. Apple ran a diagnostic test and it failed. Apple recommended having it replaced again. I had to pay another $350. I went back to Fix my phone to kindly let them know what happened and to see if they would issue at least a partial refund. The guy was very rude and said no. The manager responded to my email when I was inquiring initially if they could fix my phone but when I emailed letting her know what happened, she didn't respond. Very unprofessional people and business. If you want your iPhone phone fixed right, take it to Apple. read more

The screen protector she talked me into because it was "durable" was like rubber. It got scratches and dents in it the second day and had to be replaced the first week. Not really happy. Service SEEMED good Nadia is nice personable and efficient but I am not happy paying $40 for something that didn't make it a week. read more

THis place is horrible. Came in to fix my crack screen they got it replace but for some reason my face recognition is broke on my phone came back 20 min later to ask what's going on they say it was broke before I got there. There was no way it was broke when I was using it. And another thing they convince me to get this screen protector. They use a hammer to hit the screen protector to show me it was good so I got one. They reatain and solicit your phone number. I had a phone screen repaired here with average results and cost. Now I still receive annoying text message advertisements from them every few weeks to my phone. They use a different number each time so it cant be blocked or unsubscribed from. I would have never brought my business there if I had known they operate that way. read more
