While I was there, the employee was chewing tobacco and even offering drugs, which made me very uncomfortable. I brought my PS5 in because the HDMI port needed to be repaired. I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but it ended up taking almost 4 hours. Just two days later, the same problem came back. I was told the repair was covered under warranty, but when I contacted them, they refused to honor it. I took my PS5 to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they told me the previous repair had been done incorrectly. They found that 25 of the 32 screws were missing, leaving only 8 screws in the console, and one of the internal plates was also missing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. The poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and failure to stand behind their warranty were very disappointing.

Cellularport fixed the brackets he left off that keeps the connectors in place and removed the plastic seal he left on that was running my phone hot about to blow it up. They gave me a receipt, a screen protector, a free charger and warranty feeling sorry for me. They only charged me $70 to fix his cheap screen and errors. He was defensive when I told him about his mistakes and made racist and insulting remarks as if I didnt try to give his small business a chance.
