If Nichole would like, the people I mentioned can absolutely write additional reviews about this experience and expose what truthfully goes on at the "Fix" Zone. Furthermore, the only thing contested in this reply was the service and communication with and by Nichole. If Nichole would like, she is more than welcome to provide any truthful documentation or videos of our interactions, as Yelp encourages attachments. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. We both understand that my family and I were never granted permission to touch the phone once it was in the Fix Zone's possession, and especially not to "[leave] with the phone". Moreover, there was very little and manipulated communication on deadlines, procedures, and costs throughout the process, unlike what Nichole states. In fact, the only haste that we received (other than the response to this review) was for us to sign the check.
