After a quick search on Google, I found 911 Data Recovery. I completed the online form, and Brad called me the next day. I dropped my external drive off a few days later. Needless to say, not only did Brad recover the data I knew I'd lost, he also recovered data I had lost YEARS ago. I am one happy customer. That drive had 15 years of music, videos, photos, and college papers--bachelor's and master's--on it. Both front and back cameras worked fine prior, it was just an aesthetic thing to change. After the back glass repair was completed (looked fine, no cracks) but a few day later trying to take a selfie photo or back way photo, it would not work, black and glitchy on the back and the front camera won't even recognize. Called Apple for help, now "both front and rear camera sensors are now faulty" - per Apple Diagnostics. So after spending 100+ dollars here, now I'll take it to Apple to spend more money.
