My iPhone4 screen shattered after one too many drops, so I figured I could go to the Verizon store to talk about an upgrade to the 5. They laughed and told me to pay the $549 or come back in April of 2014. Awesome...no advice or help at all! So after I found this store, I dropped off my poor, broken phone. The tech was super friendly and explained what he would do, warning me that if the phone had been exposed to water sometimes it doesn't behave when they try to bring it back to life. I accepted, paid $75 for new glass and a new screen, and was told to come back in an hour. I finished my errand early and came back within 45 minutes - the phone was done! It looks brand new and works beautifully. Really pleased with the service and the quality; the tech was amazing! Too bad I didn't get his name to tell people what a good job he did. The negative - there is no sign off of 1960 telling you where this place is, and it's a tiny building, so if you don't know what to look for, keep your eyes peeled for a little orange building with no road sign. :)

See the bottom that wasn't put together right also . $117.99 spent to get back in bad shape . The owner did a response to my review totally twisted the truth. ((( The response was not correct!!!! Was not given a ( Option ) for anything else. Was just told that it would be fixed) Is changing the facts helped things by telling false narratives? Some people call that lying. Please don't try to hide behind tales of lies. I was NEVER given a chance to choose a ( budget option) I was contacted two days after I dropped it off with an estimate, and was not asked if I wanted a better more expensive or lower cost budget Repair.! Why don't change your response tell the actual facts and truth I'm sure you're recording the whole thing. I would be happy to come down there and let you show me the video of your man telling me when he called me that there were different options!

I was told today that there is a 50/50 chance that they will be able to fix it this time, if they fix it, they will charge me $ 129, if it's not fixed there is no charge. I originally dropped off my 3080 graphics card and full PC because it was having graphics issues. I was told it would be a wire replacement that had melted due to heat because of the case. so I gave the approval to fix the part and I'd pay for services and parts. I also stated I would buy a new case and pay for the rebuild in which the company said they wouldn't charge me for the parts, just the service fee and rebuild fee into my new case. after everything was paid the issue persisted over the next two weeks and I requested to drop it back off. This excuse for a business had my graphics card for two months without any updates or resolution or any communication at all on next steps. when I reached out to express my frustration that it wasn't resolved yet and I'm needing it fixed asap, the owner who has not given me his name, decided to argue and become belligerent and egotistical. I requested documentation of communications and actions taken on their part and they cannot provide it which means their documentation is terrible. I wouldn't trust this place with anything that requires professional attention at all. go somewhere that is a more legitimate establishment trust me.

I was expecting a better service but 1 out of three things we needed fixed didn't even get fixed and it took us 5 days to receive the phone. SMH! Probably won't be back!!! Edit: I'm not bringing my phone back here and you only told us that the battery wasn't in stock until after we called I have never been to a repair shop that I had to call multiple times for updates because y'all simply did not know how to pick up the phone and call us you should have told us as soon as you found out not the other way around I'm not bringing my phone back here the speakers are worse than they were before yall touched them you do not get to say "we told you we didn't have the battery" the point was that you did not communicate at all we had to call multiple multiple times this is ridiculous can you take accountability at all??
