Removed the Drives, now the tower is ready for recycling. Provided several options. He set up a laptop, we just happen to have external drive. Jason transfer the data to the new drives. I drove up there, after a back and forth with a man that acts knowledgable but may not actually be, im told that a male to female extension cable for the cpu power connector is "impossible," and "cannot be found anywhere,". Strike 3. Another review mentioned the owner claiming he knows more than the customer, and its clear that 4 years later mothing has changed. Tl;dr: the owner doesnt listen because he assumes he knows more than you and wants to do a paid diagnostic on your computer.
