My PC is seven years old and instead of telling me what a piece of crap my PC is (like the other guys did), they accepted my geriatric PC with open arms. I took my PC there about a month ago, because it wouldn't power on. I know less than zero about computer repair, so they could have really taken me for a ride if they wanted to. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a few short days later to inform me that they can fix it for nearly half of what Geek Squad and Office Depot were trying to fleece me for...... labor and parts combined! Today I have taken my PC back there to have my antivirus software updated.... and again I was welcomed with fast, friendly service. If you're like me, and you need a place to take your PC that's going to give you good service at a decent price, I would recommend these guys for sure. If you want to be treated like a cheapskate, because you won't fork over $1,200 for a new PC, you can take it to the other guys. Don't believe the hype. Save yourself the gas and time.
