went to go get my screen fixed here but when I received my Apple Watch back my battery kept dying within 4 hours (my watch didn't have any battery issues before) I did come back for them to fix my battery (paid them) but when I got it back nothing was fixed. I was unhappy at the results but the manager did reach out to me and offered to fix my battery but to give him time for them to test and try it out. I took my computer in for a battery in April 2024 and just now June 2024 had to pick it up because it never worked properly after battery replacement. If my daughter could give it 0 stars, she would. she took her phone and I-watch to get fixed, and he took her phone elsewhere to get fixed. Then he put an orange back on her iPhone, and her watch has never worked. her phone doesn't even connect to her watch, and her phone doesn't work. He doesn't return calls, and he gave her the runaround for months, and now he just blocked her from calls and text! she does not recommend this shop to anyone he doesn't know how to do honest business. she will be reporting this Business to the BBB. read more

I took my year old Note 8 which stopped working they charged me 50.00 said it was fixed. I took it home the next day didn't work. I took it back to the store to Mohammad said he'll check out. Said it was the battery and I had to let the phone go down to 15%percent and charge all the way to 100% and do it again something about sinking a battery. Took the phone home did everything he said the next day the phone was blank again. After the Tropical storm I called and told him it wasn't working and basically he said it worked with him not sure what happened at my house. if i could give no stars i would! i called the location off westheimer and asked the man how much for my iphone 8 plus screen to be fixed, he quoted me 50.00. ok, i get there (09/18/2022) he tells me its 72.99 . since i was there i just let him fixed my phone. worst decision ever!!!! my screen panel is not connected to my phone like it should be. i cant text, i cant use my apple pay, its really frustrating. so when i had a off day i went back 10/05/2022 (on my birthday btw) and the black guy who fixed my phone was there and said because i had a crack that you could barely see on the screen he couldn't fix it and that i would have to pay 50.00 because the insurance they use wont take my screen back. i wanted him to check the connections and see if he missed anything my screen is still new and i didn't want that replaced. so he tells me to call his manager which i did but my phone did during our conversation. and as i said before, it was my birthday and i didn't want to waste it on arguing about customer service and plus my phone died during our conversation, so i just left. now that im back from my birthday trip, i have to get my phone fixed. it still isn't working properly and i wouldn't suggest this place to any one. my sister who told me about this place is having the same issues with her phone and they wont fix it unless we come off more cash!!! the whole glass part is lifting from the phone. it was never installed properly and i shouldn't have to pay for the technicians faulty service!!!! he shouldv'e just fixed it, knowing he messed up. save yourself a headache and just go to sharpstown mall and there is a man right who will fix your phone frfr without trying to gouge you. he does it right the first time. and i shouldv'e just gone to him from jump but this place was closer to my house. i will burn gas next time because i will have to get my phone fixed again. oh and i disputed the transaction with my bank because 72.99 is alot for a phone thats still broke!!!! read more
