It would take 3-4 hours to change the battery on my iPhone. I then stopped by uBreakiFix and the gentleman was very polite. Checked my battery and confirmed it needed replaced. He said it would by 45 minutes to an hour. I dropped it off went to grab a bite to eat and went back. It was done in less than 30 minutes and is working like new. Once my screen broke again, I wasn't too upset because I had a "Warranty" BUT when i went in for them to fulfill said warranty they said "there's nothing we can do if you broke it" So what exactly is this "WARRANTY"? Only applies when UBREAKIFIX didn't fix it correctly ? Terrible service.
